Just purchased a new, used pickup and needed tires. Dropped off my truck with the Dealership inventory yellow tag attached to the two key fobs. Also told him to do a front-end alignment. Picked up the truck later that day only got one key fob back. After the alignment it pulled harder to the left after than it did before the alignment.

I have never known kinder men in my whole life!!!! Will never take my car anywhere else! Both Shorty and his son are so wonderful! It’s nice being able to go somewhere that you know you can trust them. Will always give them my business and continue to refer to friends and family!

I would’ve liked them to give me an estimate first and check what the problem was before getting my car repaired on one sole thing right away There was several issues with my car and still are but that didn’t get fixed They were nice but I feel like they simply went on with getting a job done rather then calling me what was wrong with my car and giving me an option on what they could do o not do before continuing. I didn’t state my disappointment because I wouldn’t know how to address it when my knowledge of cars is not very great but I’m still not entirely clueless

Simply put, Shorty’s is awesome. I needed a wheel bearing replacement and a wheel alignment. They squeezed me into their schedule, took great care of my car, and surprised me with a lower bill than anywhere had quoted me. I will be sending as much business their way as I can. Great, hard working, genuine people.
