I came in to have my tire sensor reset & was told, “it is a process”. After the runaround a guy came out took my keys and told me to stay inside. He came back in within a minute and said I have a default sensor on one side but he could do it for $100. First of all it was NOT a process as it took less than 1 min. My husband googled how to reset it and it was less than 2 min without their device that they use. They were drumming up business. My sensor was NOT broken. I don’t appreciate the attitude & lack of help & especially dishonesty that I received as a 60 yr old female. I will definitely Never give them my business again

My car battery died a block away, while out of town on a hockey camp trip w my daughter. I was relieved to see NAPA within walking distance. My daughter and I walked to the store, explained our situation and before the right battery could be figured out, Jody, the store owner, had a battery and some jumper cables on a dolly, ready to start the rescue. We walked back to the car, got er jumped, and met Jody back at his store, where his team promptly found the right battery, and Jody installed it before I could finish paying for the new battery. The assistance today was priceless, and we are truly grateful for your help!!!

I recently purchased a couple parts from this location for my car that I ended up no longer needing. When I tried to return them, the employees working there, one of which being the employee who sold me said parts, would not take one back as "it's not a part that belongs to the store". Mind you, the employee who sold me them checked both parts when I bought them and said they were in fact the right ones, and then proceeded to say that he remembers selling me the parts but this one was not one of them. Both of these employees proceed to say that they will not return the part that "didn't belong to the store" because they would not take something that I bought from a different store and return it there. They employee then looked up the part and said it's something you'd buy off Amazon. Now I'm out $160 for a part they sold me but wouldn't take back. I have been to this location on multiple occasions and have not once had a bad experience until today, and have never been as angry as I am for being accused of buying a part from some other store and attempt to return in there. I can tell you that I will NEVER be returning to this location simply for the way these employees treated me and will be calling corporate to be sure this is taken care of.

A few years ago, I found myself down the street, stranded at the gas station, with a dead battery. Auto shop across the street didn't have one to fit, suggested Napa. Napa brought a battery to me, along with a couple of wrenches, so I could install it. Couldn't beat the service! Should have written a positive review, then! Fast forward a few years, that battery craps out. Napa got me on my way, again. A month into my ownership of the new battery, it gave me trouble. Likely just cold weather related, but my confidence in the new battery was shaken... which kind defeats the purpose of a new battery... Napa stood behind their battery, warranted it for me, and got me squared away with a new one. Nobody end up at the auto parts store on a "good" day, but this Napa location wil help make your day better!

Great family owned store, very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. If they don't have it they'll get it for ya. A definite go to.
