Somehow picked up medication for my son. Two days later, I tried picking up medication for me and they say my insurance didn’t work. We are on the same plan and his name is on my card. Horrible experience

This pharmacy should be avoided at all costs. You won't have any hair left after you get done dealing with the idiot pharmacist that works there. Don't know her name, it's the Asian one... for those of you who have had the pleasure of dealing with her, you understand, but for those of you who havent.. I'm telling you it's a new level of incompetence. She can't fulfill orders for days, says they will be ready when their not, make you drive across town to pick up orders that aren't in stock, tells me that ill have to call my doctor to renew a prescription when clearly online it shows i have a valid prescription (i call back an hour later and now magicly it appears and she can see it???) the list goes on and on. I understand shortages, truly, but the incapabability of this woman is down right worrisome. Either she was picked up off the street and her pharmacist certification was forged, or she's has undergone some sort of traumatic brain trauma rendering her borderline mentally handicapt. Either way WALGREENS, for the health and safety of our St. Michael community FIX YOUR SYSTEM!!!!

Pharmacy Karens leaving negative reviews because they think the pharmacy system is McDonald's is extremely toxic. Nothing wrong with this Walgreens. It's no wonder pharmacists have some of the highest suicide rates when these types of humans are so toxic.Never had an issue here. Maybe some have had legitimate issues but I go often and live close. Was shocked to see the low reviews. Then again I understand it's a Walgreens and not a BMW dealership, so I don't expect it to be excellent in regards to CS. Lol.

Waited for 45+ minutes on the phone to talk with someone in the pharmacy after receiving a text that they encountered a problem filling a prescription. Based on the lack of customer service I have received time and time again, I will be taking my business elsewhere. #bringbackthrifywhite

Having the drive thru open “sporadically” as I was told, is really frustrating and unhelpful. Expectations of any pharmacy is to have that option, especially while sick or with sick children.

If you want to wait in line for 10 minutes to finally get to the counter for your prescription, only to find out that "it will take 20 minutes," even though your doctor entered the order days ago, and this happens time after time, then this Walgreens is for you.I took my business elsewhere. I gave 1 star...negative 3 wasn't available.

Dr. Called and confirmed at 4pm that Walgreens in St Michael had received the prescription. Hadn't heard from Walgreen's so I called at 6pm, no answer and was left on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up. Called back at 7:30pm to check, again I was placed on hold with no answer. Decided to just go to Walgreens to check on it, when I arrived the lady argued with me telling me that they just received it, which was untrue. I let her know that I had received a confirmation at 4pm that the prescription was received by Walgreens. She argued with me and said, well we are closing now and can't fill it today. We never have Walgreens fill our prescriptions anymore because they are way over priced and their service has gone down hill. Unfortunately our regular pharmacy was out of the prescription we needed so we decided to give Walgreens another try, we won't make that mistake again.

After waiting 2 days for them to refill a prescription, I called to check on the status and waited on hold for 40 minutes before someone answered. Time to find a new pharmacy ?

The people that work in the pharmacy are nice enough, but the drive thru seems slower than expected. There is almost always a line, so they're popular anyway.

Pharmacy had terrible customer service. I took my 2 kids with to an appointment for a vaccine. Not only could they not figure out my insurance, after waiting for over 20 minutes, they didn't have the vaccine available to give. They asked me to go to another store. I made an appointment so we could be efficient about it. If you make an appointment, they should be sure to be ready for you.

I don't usually leave a review but I decided to do for the employees at The Walgreens pharmacy in Saint Michael, MN because I have never been treated so well by a pharmacy staff before. they are patient, polite, respectful, and helpful. it is such a great energy and positivity that, when I get off the phone or leave the pharmacy, I noticed my mood changed to better. thank you to all the staff. you are great!

Very helpful staff. Never have an issues with my photo orders and getting passport photos here is very convenient.
