“I brought my GMC 1500 a week back for an ac problem, I explained my problem over the phone. They were very educated already about my truck before I even brought it to them. They got me in a few days later after calling and couldn’t be more happy with the service they provide. They are very very reasonable about pricing. They care about all their customers and they actually know what they are talking about compared to the surrounding auto shops who charge an arm and a leg for everything. I will definitely be going back for all my truck needs as my service was phenomenal!

“This is hands down the best place to buy tires! I called Westside to get a quote and talked to someone immediately...their prices are very reasonable. The same person was able to schedule my appointment - I could have gone that day if I had been available! I got there a few minutes before 1:00 p.m. and was out the door by 1:30 so they are incredibly efficient. This is the second time I have purchased tires at Westside and I will never go anywhere else. “Great service. Great prices. I needed a set of wheels and tires for my Can-Am UTV, and after looking in Facebook Marketplace for a while, I came upon the posting for Tirewiz. I let Larry know the package I was interested in. He told me he would have them mounted and ready to go. I showed up, paid, and they loaded my truck. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. The tire and wheel package looks fabulous on my UTV.”

Jared was very helpful, and explained reasons for why the issue was caused and gave a very straight forward plan of action to repair the issue. Super nice people & care about their costumers”
“I'm a new customer, but I've had them work on my 1992 Lincoln Town Car several times over the last month. Each time it is serviced with great skill, timeliness and professionalism.
I initially had them do an alignment and an oil change, but they noticed it was leaking coolant pretty significantly, so they did a pressure test and found the culprit, a leaking coolant crossover pipe. I had them replace that faulty pipe, install a new water pump and new intake manifold gaskets. There was a minor concern after I picked it up, but they addressed it without complaint and got it running like a Swiss watch.
Lastly, it has had an issue with the shifter for eons and they were familiar with it, since they experienced that while they drove it after the coolant issue was fixed. I had them fix that just yesterday and the shifter hasn't felt this well in years. Yesterday, we were expecting some heavy thunderstorms and potential hail and they kept my car inside overnight. That is a great level of courtesy!
I'm very happy with their service and would gladly recommend them.

“Phenomenal customer service and workmanship! I ordered my tires online via a third party tire supplier and the third party messed up the order twice. Jason and the team at Tires Plus made sure to keep an eye out for the order and called me with status updates. Upon arriving for my appointment, they made sure to confirm the details of my appointment, the tire size was correct, and set a reasonable time for completion. They asked what I paid for the tires via the third party supplier, and made an effort to beat the price with similar tires. Had I not needed the tires ASAP, I'm sure they would've been able to offer a better option. My vehicle was done within an hour of drop-off, and I was called immediately with the update. Excellent customer service in a frustrating situation that Tires Plus did not cause. 100% will be returning for future service on my families vehicles!”
