She got an oil cange at a different location and they neglected to install the oil filter corrrectly resulting in an oil spill in the garage and leaving a trail when driving.Not only did they do a completely new oil change for free, but they also cleaned the spilled oil from the engine. They even came full circle saying they would reach out to the other location to address this with that manager and offered to send someone to clean up the spillage from her drivewayThey were extremely professional, courteous, and thorough!”
