Customer service horrible. Customer loyalty betrayal. Prices are going up without notification. For the past 30 years with them, cable service did not improve, just prices going up.

In an outbuilding near Ridgedale Mall. Near iFly. Setup is somewhat like the Apple Store, where you give an employee your name, then wait in line to be called. Once you get a tech, it’s fairly easy to get what you need. (I was there to swap out an old modem).

Used phone service. Outright LIED to me. Indicated service and channels would remain the same. Absolutely did NOT. Indicated that to me TWICE on different days and two different agents. When I called and chatted back they wanted more money to get back what they took a few days earlier and they said I would get . Said that my change didn’t include what I was promised. Transferred me , no exaggeration, 12 times. Had to explain my situation each and every time. Incredibly time consuming. Basically a bait and switch. Said one thing about my service TWICE by two different people and then failed to deliver as promised. When I said go look at previous chats they said they didn’t exist any longer. Hell, it was less that 48 hours. How convenient to delete the chats tapes. Dishonest. Not a mistake at all; it was more that one agent. There are other providers in Minneapolis- go there.

I would like to give this site NO STARS!! I went to have an e-sim card replaced with a physical sim card and the manager wouldn't even talk to me. She didn't think I had the authority to amend the account but she didn't even explore my account to find out I DID have authority. She was so rude. I went to the Edina store and they took care of me right awayl

The employees here forget that they’re there to serve the customer. Manager yelled at me and took things personally. Overly passive aggressive. Like geez man if you want to be that big of a prick just become a cop.

The team was a great help with transferring my service to my new address. I was able to get in and out really quickly, and everyone was very friendly and accommodating!

Get ready to wait for service! Just stopped in to drop off old equipment! They never told me to make an appointment, just stated to me to drop off old equipment or I would be charged for it!

Worst customer service by the manager. I’m on the phone as we speak with customer care dealing with her inept service. She was rude, acted if she was all knowing, and screwed up my account. A month later still trying to fix it. And I was told everything was plug and play. Did not have phone service for 3 days. Got refurbished equipment, still tiling, lost features that we had.. everything was suppose to be the same. Trying to get through the automated service is horrible also.
