I had an excellent experience. Andrew Findley exceeded my expectations. He listened intently to my problems with Verizon and an issue with a new cell phone UPS had lost in shipment. He spent 2 hours figuring it all out and I left the store with a new iPhone and a monthly bill 29 dollars less than what I had been paying. Thank you Andrew!

Andrew was incredible!!!! He helped me purchase a new iPhone and transferred all the data from my old android. He was so professional, kind, patient and fast!! He is an asset to Verizon and I will definitely go back the Verizon West End/st Louis park store to work with him!! Thank you Andrew!!!!!

The entire team, and particularly Brody, were extremely patient and helpful in the purchase of an IPhone 15, the transfer of all info from my old XR to the new phone, then the transfer of my individual account to my significant other’s family plan, then syncing a new IPad and e-keyboard, that I brought into the store, with the new phone. And Brody found savings for the family plan that resulted in LESS monthly expense even after adding myself and the small monthly $5 payment for the phone. It’s a franchise store with definite goals of customer satisfaction and customer retention, and I will certainly be returning, and referring others, to this store.
