It’s a very small place and hard to find from the outside. You have to go inside L&B but once inside the front door, you’ll see it on the left. The representative that helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. I probably wouldn’t come here for big tasks such as opening an account for the first time, because there isn’t too many people working at the same time. But it’s a pretty convenient location and everything worked out well in my experience.

Sappington Branch has a banker that could teach a class on customer service. He is always cheerful and accommodating. His name is Mark Leary.... definitely goes above and beyond.

Branch manager is incompetent, rude and does not follow through. He was more focused on his phone than his customers. When asked to speak to someone above him he refused saying he was the top. I would NEVER recommend this branch to anyone given the blatant lack of regard and respect for their customers

Very rude employees! No smiles, ask a question and you're barked at. Only reason I have to go there is to close out an account. Never again!

Super rude staff. Have been there twice this week and all the clerks sitting using their phones when I walk up, nobody greets you, today was like a game of chicken on who was gonna not look up the longest so they didn’t have to help me. When they did finally help, they were still rude, hardly spoke to me… what happened to customer service and common courtesy? Go to a different branch if you can. Downtown Hopkins has super helpful, kind staff and the branch manager (David) is great!

I gave them hundreds of dollars to set up a local bank account, they started charging me low balance fees, ran my balance to 0, closed the account, and reported me to early warning system so I can’t open an account with another bank. They took my money and dinged my credit because of it, I gave them money and they put it in their own pocket and punished me for it. Go with an honest bank that will keep the money in your account instead of transferring it to theirs in the form of penalties.

Kayla - the manager of this branch- is incredibly helpful! She is polite, thorough, and committed to helping her customers. Kayla recently went above and beyond helping me with some transactions with another bank. When the process ran into some hiccups, she helped problem solve a solution and kept at it until it was fixed.
