“This transportation non-profit is owned by Productive Alternatives, also a public service non-profit. This on-call affordable bus service is extremely valuable to our communities. Often used for Dr. visits, shopping, senior center visits, and about anyplace you can think of around Fergus Falls.They request a 24 hour prior reservation for the on call service and do not run on Sundays or holidays.In addition they have a twice daily route to and from downtown Fargo with scheduled pickups in Rothsay, Barnesville and Sabin. I think they also include NDSU.”

“I've been riding buses with Plymouth Metrolink for 15 years. The drivers are wonderful and their dispatch/customer service representatives are so kind and helpful. “Great service when we visit Minneapolis the last weekend in April. Showed up to a line of 5 customers, and yet I was in and out w keys in hand within 20mins yes. The gentleman working the counter was great and even offered a few suggestions of places to try while we were in town. He gave me comprehensive directions on how to find car, and return it; no fuss car rental! I'd definitely use them again when we go back to Minneapolis!”
