We always have had such a great experience going into this Sherwin-Williams — mainly because of their super knowledgeable staff that are also super helpful and nice. Aubrey is our favorite!! She’s the best. Appreciate all of her help as we renovate our new house.

Attempted to return a pole that was barely used and is faulty. Was told to call the manufacturer. Was then told by manufacturer that store should have dealt with it. Then contacted this store again. “Erik” informed me he was “too low on the totem pole” to deal with it. He informed me that I should contact a manager (the same person who told me to contact the manufacturer). He didn’t take my contact info but informed me he’d leave a message for the manager when they came in. I’m not sure why it is this difficult to return a product that doesn’t work as it was supposed to work.

they charge you a paint recycle fee at every location but wont take paint to be recycled. its a good scam

Okay, are all Sherwin-Williams employees this nice?! We've had two experiences at two different stores in the Twin Cities this week and I'm just blown away by the customer service and friendliness. I went in to this location early this morning because we needed a few things for wrapping up our house paint project, and the team here honestly made my day. I was feeling exhausted from house projects and they greeted me warmly and helped me efficiently, even asking me about my project and congratulating me on my first house. They've got everything you need here, from paint to brushes and beyond. I came for some extra brushes, paint holding buckets, and scraper. It's clean and bright, with a coffee/tea station and 3 employees ready to help. I'm so impressed - thank you, team!
