Impossible to schedule with, does not return phone calls or emails. Have tried to schedule my daughter's party with them, no response. Filled out their online party form twice (first time I thought it was too early, so tried again), filled out their 'contact us' form on their website, emailed them, called them 3 times and left 2 messages. No response at all. Very disappointed.

Definitely a fun first-time experience for these of us new to VR! We came here for a work party and I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was fun! We had some of the flatbread pizzas which were delicious. Many NA and alcoholic drink options. Tons of different VR games to choose from and they gave us a good demo on how to use them at the beginning but you pick it up pretty quick once you start using them. It’s a cool concept to have the little pods. We had 3 groups and although we had different pods, we were still able to sit by each other and could bounce around to all of the pods.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I booked VR playtime for my son, but we had a great time! The overall vibe of the place was fun, and the employees were very nice and helpful. Yeah, we could just play on a VR headset in our basement but it was more communal and fun being at REM5.I was also surprised that our food was quite good! Since this place is first and foremost a VR playground, I expected the food to be barely passing. Instead, everything was pretty solid! We had waffle fries, mini donuts, and pizza.If you want to try out VR or have a fun night with friends, your kids, your coworkers... I'd definitely hit this place up!

We visited to celebrate our son's birthday and had never done VR before. It was so much fun and the staff were really helpful. The food was great, and we will definitely be back! The price was good - we had an hour and our two kids took turns playing. I would recommend getting more time if you'll have more than 2 people sharing/playing.

I Came to this place for my wife's company Christmas party, and it was AWESOME! One of the owners gave me a small tour. The food is fantastic. Great for groups or events. The staff is all very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place! Even if you're not into VR or gaming, there is something here for you!

Cool place. Staff was friendly. The boys had a great time but mentioned that there should be more multiplayer games. I think the play time should be longer considering how expensive one pod is. I don’t think the price was worth 1 1/2 hours.

From start to finish, every aspect of my visit exceeded my expectations.First and foremost, the staff were absolutely amazing. Their knowledge, enthusiasm, and passion for virtual reality gaming were truly contagious. They greeted us with warm smiles and guided us through the entire process, making sure we felt comfortable and fully prepared for the adventure ahead. Their expertise and willingness to assist were instrumental in creating a seamless and enjoyable experience.Finally, I must mention the overall atmosphere and ambiance. The venue was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming vibe. The comfortable and spacious gaming areas allowed for unrestricted movement, letting us fully immerse ourselves in the virtual worlds. The enthusiastic energy from both the staff and fellow gamers created a vibrant and exhilarating atmosphere, further enhancing the overall experience.
