They outsource just about every facet of the relocation process to a vendor or third party in order to deflect blame and responsibility. They fail to provide any individualized support and falsely advertise the benefits they are providing, by wildly underestimating and understating out-of-pocket costs. I might as well have done the whole relocation process without their assistance.

Terrible—who knows if I'll ever get my money.

Elo seems to consistently try to make money on your back by only partially reimbursing my expenses. Most of the time, the reason to partially reimbursing my expense is not correct, if not maid up.However, the relocation service helps a lot for moving from one country to another one.

My move has been nothing but headaches due to Plus Relocation. My relocation counselor's (RC) phone number consistently goes to voicemail and I never get return phone calls. My RC takes 14+ days to reply to emails to the point that I have to add other people at the company in to get replies. My RC just spent the morning replying to emails from more than a month ago that other people have already addressed while ignoring our *one* open email thread. My RC has also nickel and dime'd every expense report, adding in parameters and caveats not represented in my initial relocation benefits document. I have had to fight for, advocate, and renegotiate every aspect of my benefits throughout this entire move. Next time I'll take the cash stipend and handle everything myself.

Absolutely atrocious. We moved from Canada to Ireland and it was a disaster from start to finish. Very poorly managed move and a contact who was rarely available if ever to talk to us. I have asked my company to please reconsider using someone else as these folks are an utter joke.

Reading the other reviews was not surprising, I can completely say that all the negative experiences are absolutely spot on.

It started that everything was smooth. Then it started... I moved half across the country. I used temporary housing, but since they didn't have any temporary housing "corporate housing" in my area, I had to find my hotel or Airbnb on my own. Mind you that I am trying to pack my house and make sure that my wife and child are taken care of before I leave. I can only use this house for three weeks because the owner has another family coming in and now that we finally found a place to rent. I was now told that I my household goods are going to be delayed. I was told from the beginning that all my household goods would ship out on the 3rd of Feb. It is now the 23rd. I move into my rental on the 25th. I have no furniture for my pregnant wife, two year old child and my pets for 5 days. I was told that I would be emailed or called at the end of the day to give me an update... DIDN'T HAPPEN. I tried to help them find an Airbnb for the next 5 days. I was told you can pay for it and get reimbursed... Mind you I have to put my security deposit down, first months rent for my new place and pay my rent from my last place. I feel like this company says one thing that you want to hear but truly don't follow your move or help you. I usually am the one to say sorry... however though this time, no way. I will say that the part of them moving my car was great and the movers that came to pack up my old place were nice and professional.

Chelsea Stockhaus helped me with relocating internationally for a position at Google. I have nothing but positive things to say about all of our interactions. She is very knowledgeable and responded promptly to all of my questions.

My new company uses Plus for relocation and based on my experiences and those of others I've spoken to you should question your company's sincerity in relocating you if Plus is their relocation service. The information I received from my agent was usually incomplete, late, or just inaccurate. We were delayed in moving out of our old residence several months, delaying significantly our sale of our house, and ultimately we were stuck with paying all our relocation costs ourselves and we used another moving company. This was a cross country move. If we'd known we would have moved ourselves from day one - our actual shipping weights were 1/4 of what Plus was quoting and we moved for far less than our estimated out of pocket based on their quote.

Plus relocation handled my move from Reno to the Bay Area for my new position at Google. I can't say enough positive things about the moving assistance that I received. Jen was timely, helpful, and knowledgeable about the moving benefits I was eligible for and the best ways to execute my move to minimize impact to my family and my time. I would hope any of my next jobs would have the same moving services available, as they made my move seamless and non-painful. Thanks Jen!

WARNING: If you value your possessions and or want service DO NOT use this company. I moved to the US and back and my company used them on both occasions. On the way out they charged me over $1500 for 2 hrs to look at 2 houses - I stopped using them as it was easier and more cost effective to do it myself. On the way back the removal company lost my container, this was over 6mths ago -I still do not have it. During this time Plus did nothing and pushed all responsibility to the removal company they choose. They even had the audacity to send me an email to advise that they were no longer involved as their role had finished. If you are company and care about your employees do no use them, if you are direct consumer think twice- waste of money and in my case completely negligent with everything we own.
