3931 Louisiana Ave S, St Louis Park“This was better than I could have expected. I have anxiety when I go to doctors offices and everyone there put me at ease. I highly recommend seeing Dr Harmon if you have any kind of sleep issues. I would recommend the sleep Center to anyone who has sleep issues”
“Got what I needed which was a notebook. There was a bit of a line for checkout which seems typical for Walgreens. As I was checking out I thought about getting a booster and was able to get in right away. I scheduled online and was able to get in fairly quickly which was great! Thanks pharmacy team!!”
“Not sure why this CVS has such poor reviews? It’s in a nice area and the parking, though busy, is never without many open spots. My experience, which is mainly with the pharmacy, has always been positive and professional. Sometimes the line is a 10 minute wait but more often there is no line or maybe one person ahead of me. Even calling, I generally get through to a person with little hassle.”
“Heather in the photo department was very helpful both on the phone, and ‘in person’ when got there.
Will come to this location in the future rather than a location that is closer to my home, because it’s superior for multiple reasons.”

3601 Highway 100 S, St Louis Park“I’m honestly shocked this CVS only has two stars?? This isn’t my usual location, but every time I’ve been to this one, the ladies working have been nothing but courteous, quick, and friendly. :)
~Sometimes~ I’ll have to wait on hold a few minutes when I call in, but that’s literally the case for every pharmacy in America right now, so people just need to be more patient. They obviously don’t want to make you wait any more than you want to be waiting. Like it’s stressful for them to have long lines or a million phone calls too?? So chill out.
And anyone who takes issue with that needs to take five seconds to Google what crazy call volume requirements, prescriptions filled per X amount of time benchmarks, etc. that CVS pharmacies have for their teams. And then practice a little empathy.
Pharmacy healthcare workers are problem-solving some of the most complex issues a person can deal with all day long: the medications you take AND American health insurance system (which is daunting enough). They should be recognized more for the incredible work they do (as I imagine this is a very thankless industry) and this CVS pharmacy has truly been great every time I’ve been there :)
Anywho, sorry about the rant lol :) but seriously a huge thank you to all the nice people who work at this CVS and have helped me. You’re doing really important work in very challenging times and just know you are so appreciated!”
“I love the knowledgeable staff who provide wonderful personal customer service. My pharmacy needs are complex yet they put in the effort so I always get what I need. They offer inside pickup, mail order, and courier delivery. Hours are somewhat limited 8:30-5:00 pm Mon-Fri. Free shared parking lot. No drive-thru”
