Their pediatric covid booster shipment was delayed (through no fault of their own), but they failed to notify patients who had scheduled appointments so people were still showing up to receive them only to be turned away. Patients deserve the courtesy of a call or email to let them know their appointment is canceled.

Peds services was phenomenal in providing care for our son. Dr Jones was absolutely fantastic since day one at the hospital. He was very helpful with all of our questions (which were many) and great at being our guide as first time parents. We would highly recommend him.

We saw a different doctor before and she took days to reply to something I considered very urgent. I decided to switch to another provider and Dr. Kelly Ishizuka has been nothing but incredible! She would reply to my messages right away even at 10pm. She is patient, genuine and truly cares. We have seen other nurse practitioners when my child was sick. They also have been wonderful.

We met Dr. Inman at M Fairview Hospital when my daughter was born and decided to follow him to Pediatric Services for all of my daughter’s medical needs. As new parents, we’re grateful for his care, support, knowledge and guidance. My daughter has been sick often so we’ve had to visit the clinic more than I’d like but that gave us the opportunity to meet with other doctors, nurse practitioners, and other staff members - they’ve all been extremely helpful and attentive to ensuring my questions are answered and that my daughter is cared for. Thanks for making us part of your family.

My daughter is a patient here & I called on July 15th around 1:30PM & the nurse line I spoke to (calling about concerns as I am a first time mom) the women made me feel like I had no reason to call & I felt super uncomfortable throughout the whole call. She was rude & hung up the call quickly. But our pediatrician Dr.Jones is amazing just hard to follow with his schedule, we always make something work.

My children all of the are specail needs I’ve been going to dr.kolen for the longest I really love her but the only thing that I don’t like about that place is the it’s hard to get hold of your Dr and thy never deliver your msg right you have to deal with nurse line thy are so rude and never get back to you on time. When you are mom with specail needs time is everything Not only that thy don’t even deliver your msg to your dr I hade to send literally my doughter’s in home nurse so thy can respond since I immigrant and I have an accent.and thy did respond to her so rudely. I am switching to children’s.if u have special needs don’t ever go there or if you immigrant with an accent no respect. go where ppl won’t look down on u I am so disappointed?

I like the doctors here and I think they give good care. But your phone system is a joke. This is the 3rd time your phones have been "down." I called to make appointments and I got a text that says, "sorry our phones are down, call back tomorrow." Great service...my newborn needs an appointment ASAP. Don't you think during a pandemic it is critical that we be able to get in touch with our healthcare providers? This is the 3rd time your phones have been down when I've wanted to speak to someone. I'll keep coming here because I like the care but leaving this review in hopes you get smart enough to realize your current phone and scheduling systems are a joke.

Ethical MDs and nurses are conscientious objectors and REFUSE to take a knife to a child’s sex organ for no reason. Doctors who accept to circumcise babies violate their Hippocratic Oath: “First, Do No Harm.”

Loved having Dr. Kelly Ishizuka as my son’s doctor. My sister recommended her to me, as my niece sees her as well.She’s very Kind, informative, professional,and always respectful.She always take the time to listen, answer my endless questions and go above and beyond. The whole staff are very nice and pleasant, love going there, they creat such a positive family friendly type of environment.I'd highly recommend.

Fantastic pediatric care office. Clinicians respond quickly to between visit questions and every one we have seen has great bedside manner with our little ones. Since they've expanded into a larger location, they've added on in-office lactation consultation and also now house some pediatric psychologists to round out their care. Also have limited Saturday sick care hours which is nice.They have a very balanced approach of ensuring your family feels listened to and heard with regard to any medical concerns while not over testing or over medicating issues. Every friend I've recommended this place to has been happy.
