Typical retail shopping. Easy returns and love the Amazon return feature. As with most retail stores these days not too many employees.

Just wanted a pair of mens slipin shoes. Not many styles. Found a style I could live with, then had to look in other shoe boxes to find a matching pair. I guess I don't like where retail is headed.

"Where fashion goes to die". The Amazon returns person had no clue what they were doing and almost lost me $50.00 in retuned Amazon merchandise. When I spoke to the manager on duty, she became defensive and came up with every excuse under the sun not to validate my concerns. I shouldn't have been surprised judging from her out of date frosted mom mullet spiky hairdo and her "belongs in a dumpster, not on your body" fashion choices. She must have sensed that I was about to have a viral TikTok going to get canceled Karen moment because she suddenly changed her tone and apologized so I will give her that. I do recommend this place for people who hate shopping since the store is filled with lots of generic looking items that resemble clothes.

Warm greeting upon arrival. Excellent customer service. Selections are good. Zannet helped us with some credit card issues and she was patient and kind. I enjoy going to Kohls.
