“We had Paul do the tiling for our 3/4 bathroom. He basically did a complete shower build as well as flooring and trim tile. Paul did a beautiful job, often working late nights and weekend days to finish on time. He even fixed our sink, a broken window, and a few other repairs that he was under no obligation to fix; and he did it without us even asking. He even got rid of the old shower that we ripped out and cleaned up our garage even cleaner than how it was when he started. I can’t say enough good things about Paul, he is the most hard working person I have met. Very kind, generous, local guy and all for a very fair price. Paul is Ukrainian and still has family he supports back in Ukraine. He is very responsive anytime I texted or called him. He explains everything he does and why and I trust that the project was done right without any shortcuts. “I went to store to pick up cardboard sleeves to ship my knives to get sharpened, after Manager Bob gave me the sleeves, he informed me that if I brought the knives in he would send the knives in saving me the cost and trouble of having to pack and ship.Anyway I was also eyeing up the steak knives, he saw and let let me know if you buy three, the forth is free, wife always wanted these so got a set of 4 for a great price.That same day brought in my old knives and Bob took care of sending in and getting factory sharpened.Super nice guy and Fantastic Service. “Tom is the best!! My husband and I went to The Tile Shop and other tile stores multiple times trying to decide which tiles to use for our basement shower but to no avail. Then, we talked to Tom. Game changer. He listened to what we wanted, informed us of what types of tiles are better to use where (floors v walls), and he let us know what tiles and styles are considered timeless based on his extensive experience as a tile designer. He was patient with us when we were indecisive, he was never pushy, and he was funny and personable! The Tile Shop has a great selection of tiles and model showers to view, but Tom really helped us figure out what we wanted. Highly recommend! We definitely will be going back to The Tile Shop to work with Tom again whenever we remodel the other bathrooms in our house.”

“I was looking for replacement parts for an old tub faucet. Was referred to this place by another local plumbing supply store. The gentleman behind the counter new exactly what kind of old faucet I had as soon as he saw the stem. Produced a replacement in a matter of minutes, I left I with exactly what I needed even though I didn't know what kind of faucet I had to begin with. Now I know where to go in fifty years when the faucet fails again.”
“We found this place on accident several years ago and absolutely love it. Compared to other salvage stores in the cities and facebook marketplace (people your stuff isn't worth that much) the prices are reasonable. We have purchased items to be delivered and items we took home. Every time we had a great experience. Professional, polite and friendly. Somehow we always pick the the coldest day of the year to go and still will spend hours going through everything.
The older gentlemen (the uncle?) was my favorite. I was sorry to hear he passed.”

“Lynn and Cindy were absolutely wonderful in every way. From the beginning they were clear about the process and possible outcomes. They made selections for our options that were varied but right in line with what we asked for. And their confidence in the work they do and and the people they have delivering the remodel was validated in the final product. We even had a surprise addition to the kitchen project we started with: the downstairs bathroom had a major water leak and had to be remodeled as well. And they just took it on with ease.
Every phase of the build was on time and within the timeframe. At the very end there were some holdups with the last little touches on our punch list, but Brett, (who did 99% of the construction single handedly), took care of everything as promised. They really a phenomenal job, and everything is just the way we wanted it. Very highly recommended. Thanks very much all!”
