I had been charged some fees on my account, that I was not aware of, because of miscommunication when changing the type of account to another. I spoke to Katlyn, St Louis Park branch, who went out of her way to make sure we solved this issue. When solved she called me to tell me all is well. There's a teller at Hunting bank that is making it impossible to deposit checks,cash etc into my account. I would suggest others to go elsewhere.

They were still open but wouldn't let me open a CD without an appointment even though I'd traveled a long way there on a Saturday because other branches were closed and CDs can't be opened online for some inexplicable reason. No thanks; I'll go elsewhere. (Also, when I opened a checking account online, the bank I transferred from posted the transaction right away. Huntington still had $0 in my account and didn't even list a pending transaction for days; it took them about a week to make my money available, longer than the 2-3 business days claimed.)

Horrible bank TCF was much better. Lines are very long. Employees not friendly at all.

Had to see a manager for a quick power of attorney issue. They said I had to make an appointment to see him. The soonest appointment available to see him was a week out. WTH?

I noticed this branch only had 2 stars when i Googled the directions, that was not my experience. I am not a customer but my father is and i brought him there today to help him get some forms for his VA benefits filled out. It was 15 minutes before closing and Brandi took care of everything and made my day much easier even tho she was new. They didnt have to do what they did but were glad to help and it was much appreciated.:)

They do not even deserve one star. For 3 years, one teller has been making simple transactions such as a cash deposit a time intensive event. No other teller or employee has ever been such a nightmare.I would go as far to say that everyone else has been delightful.

If you are a Huntington customer and you are scammed or your money is stolen, don’t count on them to care in the least. In fact, they then charge you because your balance is too low.

I like this branch. Today I had a transaction problem that needed to be discussed and Erin was available in one of the offices. At my request, she invited me in and, after I waited a few minutes for her to finish an in-progress task, we talked about my question and she helped find a resolution. I felt very well served by her friendly nature, attention and efficiency.
