I stopped in to get a steerer tube cut on a fork. The technician was very friendly and was able to get my work order done within 15 minutes. My son and I were very happy.

We have had great customer service each time we have visited an Erik’s bike shop. We recently purchased bike shoe clips, an e-bike and a bike rack from three different locations and all were great!

So My wife and I went to the 6515 Richfield location looking too purchase two mountain bikes. The service we received was was bad enough to make us leave empty handed very displeased. Against our better judgment, we went to another location on Minnetonka Blvd, St Louis Park and met Jason. Jason was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful & answered all of our questions. We purchased 2 bikes and he made sure they were dialed in to our exact wants and needs. We had a great experience very happy with the decision to go back and will be a return customer.

I was warmly greeted upon entering the store and the employee helped me get my bike to the service desk. The guy at the service desk was knowledgeable and kind. He searched out a solution but was sad there was none. He explained each detail with me. I asked about comparable bikes and a young man showed me everything on the floor and even retrieved a similar bike to what I was asking about in the used bikes storage. I felt very respected and important as a customer. I felt like I could trust them. I ended up purchasing a very nice used bike and the young salesperson helped me load both bikes into my car. At 66 years old and very tired, this was much appreciated! Thank you!!

It was good, but I was a little disappointed when I was waiting for my part that people got infront of me in the parts que, and just the overall amount of time it took. But I understand that it took a while because there was a lot of people that needed service, and I was told that.
My bike works fine, with the new parts on it.
