Lynn and Cindy were absolutely wonderful in every way. From the beginning they were clear about the process and possible outcomes. They made selections for our options that were varied but right in line with what we asked for. And their confidence in the work they do and and the people they have delivering the remodel was validated in the final product. We even had a surprise addition to the kitchen project we started with: the downstairs bathroom had a major water leak and had to be remodeled as well. And they just took it on with ease.
Every phase of the build was on time and within the timeframe. At the very end there were some holdups with the last little touches on our punch list, but Brett, (who did 99% of the construction single handedly), took care of everything as promised. They really a phenomenal job, and everything is just the way we wanted it. Very highly recommended. Thanks very much all!

DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen was excellent from the time we asked for a meeting to discuss our kitchen project to the last follow up after project completion. Lynn, owner and manager, was always available and helpful. When we decided to make an addition to our original project we did not hesitate to call them. We are very glad we chose them.

I like working with this crew of folks. Lynn and Cindy are very thoughtful, and they all liked my dogs - a big thing for them and me! (It's hard to work around 3 dogs and 2 cats!) It's a process that takes longer than I prefer - but the finished work is amazing and I know the products used are quality. Just beginning the kitchen remodel, but I'm excited to see the finished project.Services: Bathroom remodeling

DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! The national company does NOT stand behind their products if this franchise goes out of business. Dreammaker owes me $1100 for two failed tub liners. They told me to go to small claims court against the franchise owner whom THEY terminated. Also, of course, the products are worthless - two tub liners that failed!!! Go elsewhere and get quality goods and services

If I could rate DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen with a negative number of stars, I would. Interpreter of dreams, they are not. If you're looking to have cheap fixtures installed in your home, employ these frauds. Otherwise, hang on to your hard earned money and hire a contractor who values your business and understands your needs. The word remodel evokes significant visual change. DreamMaker charged us the price of a new vehicle to incorrectly install a couple sinks, toilets and uneven shower doors. They gave no regard to simple cosmetic upgrades and provided shoddy workmanship on the changes they did make. I gave them a second attempt to fix their errors to no avail. When I voiced my displeasure the owner was flippant and unsympathetic. The project did not come in on time, within budget (there were hidden costs), or within scope. I will no longer be a passive consumer. DreamMaker, has become my worst nightmare. I DO NOT recommend this company. __This comment is in response to DreamMaker owner, Lynn Monson's, retort to my negative review of his performance. Although the work I referenced was completed on the home my father now resides in, I'd like to state that this was my childhood home. The home our family grew and created memories in. I still frequent there and I will always call it home. It's hard to disconnect emotion when writing this response as Mr. Monson's accusatory and terse wording is the exact treatment we received during this project. I was involved in the initial meetings and was kept abreast of the scope and goings on of this project as I have a close relationship with my father. He employed my consulting agency after a trip to the doctor showed he now had high blood pressure was overly fatigued. This was attributed to the stress caused by the displeasure and lack of efficient communication with Lynn at DreamMaker. He'd worked so hard to build up his home from what it was and now had the means to continue, but he was worried about his health and needed help as his voiced distress fell on deaf ears, so hired me for follow-up and hopes for better communication. I reviewed the contract, priced the installed fixtures, took pictures, tagged our issues, developed a project timeline and compared notes with Lynn before meeting with him to rectify the situation. Dad wanted to sue, but I didn't want to put him through more stress and hoped we could work things out with DreamMaker (I should have known better when the managing project leader couldn't even work the key to our door). Well, fast forward 9+ months greater than the promised project completion date (we wanted this completed before my grandmother and aunts traveled to visit MN--some for the first time) and there are still issues with the original contracted work. Unfortunately Mr. Monson didn't follow a more traditional project timeline (view the space first, make realistic goals, budget accurately) and encountered some surprises he and his team weren't equipped to solve for (thus the employ of Roto-Rooter). He's said that he's doing us a favor by completed things one would assume would be included in a remodel (patching where new fixtures were installed). Due to their ineptitude, we're stuck with shower doors and other fixtures that don't fit the space. I will not remove this review as everything I've stated is true. I plan to pursue this injustice until we are made whole. Consumers, beware of this company. __First I'd like to confirm the owner of DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen is the person providing the posted responses. As our experiences aren't shared, I was unsure of where the messages originated. My confusion grew as I was addressed by an incorrect name. So, I thank whomever for your continued BBB responses in regard to DreamMaker's experience with project 2043HUG. I'm not one to engage in "Twitter beefs," but it appears your need for public response,

DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen Eleven years ago my downtown Minneapolis condo was whimsically renovated in penny-pinching contractor-grade cabinetry and appliances, so it came as no surprise when with minimal use, the eight-foot long, once faux-white-marble bathroom counter-top developed fungus-like splotches of yellow and brown stains. I could live with this UN-decorative feature if I had to, but then adding injury to insult, spidery black cracks began creeping through my bathroom sink. "You're going to have to replace the sink and counter top," my plumber told me. First I contacted a nationally-known home improvement store that had little interest in my small bathroom project. Every time I called the big box company, someone transferred my call to someone else. I was frustrated. Then one glorious autumn morning, I noticed a DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen truck parked outside my downtown brick residence. I called the number on the side of the truck and was put in touch with Lynn Monson (designer). Within the week Lynn was at my condo and we were selecting counter-tops and faucets. I decided on an Onyx counter-top in Blue Pearl gloss with a blue pearl non-recessed sink bowl, back and side splashes, grab bars and a new shower head. In addition, he arranged for new hinges to be installed on a vanity door that was wobbling like a loose tooth. I was happy to review my proposal for the bath work and surprised that it was less than half the cost of what the large national retail store had proposed. Best of all, no middle-men or transferred phone calls to reach a project coordinator. On the day of the install, two strong guys, Nate and Chris showed up precisely at 8 am with equipment and a pleasant greeting. Nate wearing a blue Norse Track and Field tee-shirt (you know you're in good hands when one of the workers is a Viking descendant). Working as a team, Nate and Chris removed the unsightly faux white counter-top from my bathroom. In the light of day it looked even worse leaving my condo. Clunky, top heavy and discolored. "Good riddance to old rubbish," I said, as Nate and Chris carried the counter-top past me and out into the hall for it's final departure. Then, somewhat heroically, they carried in the sleek new Onyx Blue Pearl gloss counter-top with sink. I cheered them on as they installed the new counter-top; utilizing the industrial shop vacuum they brought with them as they worked. When the job was completed, there was not a speck of dust to be found. I do believe they left my bathroom cleaner than they found it. Sometimes you buy something and the first few days are thrilling. Then the novelty wears off. Not so with my upgraded bathroom: new counter-top, sink, faucet, shower head, grab bars and vanity repair. Now when I begin my morning ritual and water flows mystically from the new pewter faucet falling gently into the deep blue sink, I feel that I am living a scene from the Disney movie Snow White and would not be surprised if chatty little woodland creatures hopped up alongside me on my new blue pearlescent finished counter-top. And, isn't that a happy ending? DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen 6801 Wayzata Boulevard, St. Louis Park, MN 55426 PH: 952.417.9999

After seeing first-hand the exceptional work this company does, and how professional their services are delivered, I can say with confidence that I highly recommend working with DreamMaker for any bathroom, kitchen or whole home remodel.
