“Yesterday, as I was pulling into Clifton E. French Regional Park, my van had a significant amount of smoke coming out from under the hood. I was with my three kids and I'm 7 months pregnant so I called my dad who lives near by. My dad helped me figure out there was a pinhole leak on the t inlet outlet heater core and it was leaking coolant. I live in Chanhassen and I was worried about towing it and getting it fixed on a Friday. Plymouth VIP Auto was able to be there within 20 minutes to tow my van into their shop and had it fixed within an hour. I really appreciated their customer service and quick turn around time. I even got a code for a free car wash! I would definitely recommend this business.”

We weren’t prepared for the buying process, but Jordan got us into a vehicle same-day for a test drive, and worked through various financing scenarios with us for consideration. Our plan was to purchase a CX-90 but changed our mind the next day when we were planning to sign off on the deal. “Holy cow, these guys are great, especially Marty, who took my call and personally cleaned the engine. I had a weird request—beat up 04 Honda Civic that leaked oil all over the engine. My mechanic requested I get the engine cleaned so he could further see if there were leaks, since it got oil everywhere. Marty explained the process in detail, took care of it perfectly, and at a good price. Engine’s near spotless (s as you can be at 20 years old.) Plus, just a nice person. With this old car it’s unlikely I’ll need detailing again, but if I do this is the only place I’ll go. Thanks, Mint Condition!”
“Best experience! Had a tire blow out on the highway. After getting the spare on- they were the closest shop in radius. Staff were so kind right away (worked with Jonathan who is an all star), and estimated getting my tire fixed in a day or so. They were much quicker- and got my car back same day and even gave me a ride in their courtesy shuttle with me being in the area! Grateful for kindness after a stressful situation. 10/10 go here for your auto needs. I will be back!”

“Got the works+ package, my sunroof was still dirty and the dryer cloth spinners didnt work at the end they kinda just tapped the side of the car and then raised back up but otherwise it was okay. Probably wouldnt pay the 21 for works+ again though if my car with still have dirt in some areas.”

I keep cars a long time and having them detailed regularly keeps them looking great regardless of the years I've owned them. Chris, the manager of the detail shop, is very professional, friendly and committed to doing a thorough job each time. Most recently, he helped me find someone to repair a tear in a leather seat and replace some worn lettering on the center console while my car was being detailed. I often say to Chris that for many people having their car detailed would cure the urge to buy a new one. Believe me, it's money well spent and you will enjoy driving your car even more after the detail.”

“Fast and efficient. I went for an exterior and interior wash and was out within 30 minutes. Given that my car had its own ecosystem beforehand (toddlers, man), I was pleased.
Note- this is not interior detailing, it’s a wipe down and vacuum. It’s not going to be unbelievably, good as new clean. But, it was just as good as if I cleaned it, in a quarter of the time. Service was great!”
