Gary was amazing at addressing all the issues with my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. He was honest, trustworthy, thorough, and very transparent. Went in for a check engine light and he sent me a picture of all the issues he found. He found a junk part that a previous auto shop had put in my vehicle and took it out to show me. He found a few oil leaks and walked me under the vehicle to check it out. He walked me through each issue, to discuss the importance, priority, and price of each part and costs of labor. When all said and done I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg - but he provided a VERY reasonable price. I can't say enough great things - I can tell he loves what he's doing, I will definitely be going back and am glad to pay him for my services. HIGHLY recommend. Thank you Gary!

Gary at Brooks Repair Services might be the best tech I've worked with. He went above and beyond to fix the alternator in my '06 4Runner. Not only did he come and pick up by dead 4Runner from my street(which sounded like quite an adventure), he picked me up and gave me a ride back to the shop when it was fixed. From the minute I called him I knew he cared about my situation and wanted to help. I will absolutely go back to Brooks Repair in the future. In a time when it's hard to know who to trust with your car or truck, I know I can trust Gary. Great work. Great price. Great shop. I'd give 11 stars if I could.

Great service- has a real knack for not only resolving my cars problems, but I leave there with a piece of mind because Mr. Brooks takes the time too really listen to any and all issues or concerns i have. Whether there actually problems or not lol . plus he is able to keep the price as low as he possibly can as well.

I had an issue with my car starting and I’m so happy that I called Gary. He was able to take a look at my car that day and gave me a couple of tips to keep my car starting until I could get it into the shop for a day. Throughout the repair process Gary kept me informed about what he was doing, how much it would cost, and how I could maintain my car going forward. When he saw how much new parts would cost, he looked into less expensive options for me (keeping me in the loop the whole time) and saved me literally hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend going to Brooks Repair Service.
