Products are all from the best quality brands. The store layout makes for an efficient visit to grab what you need or can be a full afternoon of shopping around. Awesome vibes all around with the Baby Grand squad.

I was passing through your city recently and had the pleasure of visiting your lovely store. It was immediately inviting and the staging of merchandise professionally and creatively done. I was assisted by your associate Emily who, which is not often the case, established with ease a rapport with me and understanding of what I was shopping for. She was knowledgeable and focused and I left with the most perfect baby gifts!

I was in need of a glider rocking/recliner chair for my family room. I looked at a few options on Amazon Prime and was able to get them shipped to me in a few days. I wanted to go to Baby Grand to test a few, thinking they wouldn’t have alot of options available in stock right away. I was soooo wrong.
The girls were so helpful there in showing me all the options they had. Patty and Gracie sat with me while I tested out a few and made sure I was making the right choice.
The store is adorable and you won’t get this kind of customer service at the “big box” stores.
Plus, it’s family owned. Huge win in my book - they have won my business!!

Rachael G, gave us perfect customer service. She was thoughtful and informative. Also gave super helpful info on cribs, and all that as first time parents. Great store with everything in one and excellent customer service.

I wish I would have came into the store so much sooner than wasting countless hours doing research! I thought I knew what I wanted but it wasn’t until I met Rachael G that I REALLY, REALLY learned about safety when it comes to car seats, strollers and more. Rachael is so intelligent and professional, smiled so kindly as we asked our questions.
We were able to narrow down on the items we needed as first time parents thanks to her expertise.
We will definitely return to make purchase.

Gracie helped us today on EVERYTHING baby. We are having our first baby in two months and had little knowledge going into Baby Grand. She helped us choose and purchase our car seat, stroller, pack and play, and gave us so much insight with other items like sleep sacks, baby wearing options, high chairs and safe bath toys. Her knowledge was so reassuring and helpful! We were overwhelmed walking in and now walking out feel very confident thanks to Gracie! Highly recommend Baby Grand for all things baby!

I highly recommend this store for all things baby! The staff was great and very knowledge on all the products. The store also carried a lot of items so you can touch and feel everything before buying.

I cannot say enough good things about Baby Grand.
We found Baby Grand when searching for a crib and dresser after we had a terrible experience at a large brand store. Patty helped us from the moment we walked into the store in picking out a comparable set that was almost identical to the original set we wanted - but here's the catch, it was less than half the price! We were told it would take 6-8 weeks for both items to arrive. We got a call after 7 weeks to pick up our furniture. We brought both items home and unpacked the dresser first. The quality is amazing and truly exceeded expectations! When we got to the crib we realized it was the wrong color crib. I called the store immediately and Patty was there to help. I explained the situation and she promised a call back later that day (Saturday) with a solution. With the warehouse closed on Sunday, she promised she would get ahold of them Monday and they would have someone deliver the correct crib and pick up the one we currently had sometime that week. By 3pm on Monday we had the correct crib delivered by Greg, who was so kind and apologetic about the mistake.
Baby Grand has earned forever customers in us. We will always recommend our friends shop with them! Thank you to Patty, Greg, and the whole Baby Grand team.

I had been pouring countless hours searching for the perfect stroller, unaware that Baby Grand existed! After I went to check out a deal on an Uppababy stroller, I wanted to see one in person. I stopped in the store and the two associates were so knowledgeable and friendly! They were able to help me check out all the strollers I had considered, they had the same prices as the online deals, they have exceptional service and a discount on accessories! When I decided on a product I fell in love with, they had the high-end Veer stroller in stock and was able to come home with me that day! I didn’t have to spend time waiting for an online order to emerge! They also told me they could help ensure my future car seat would be installed correctly when purchased through them! That’s a great service! I’ve already sent multiple texts to friends about how great their store is and I think moms-to-be need to check it out! Low sales pressure matched with exceptional service! Nice job!

Our in store experience is the only reason that this review isn’t one star. We were excited to find a local business that would help us prepare and register for the things we need for our pending child. We were able to try out many gliders and be guided by staff who helped debunk some of the sensational products that aren’t as critical as they were marketed. Unfortunately, the follow through, delivery, and communication of orders is where everything falls apart.We registered for several large ticket items through Baby Grand only to hear from each individual who was trying to support us that they had awful experiences. We were told by these family members that shipping options felt buried or hidden in conversation as if they were trying to pull a fast one and tack on extra fees. Communication about order status and how delivery would be scheduled/conducted was extremely poor for them. The promises made by Baby Grand employee were repeatedly not kept when it came to being told they would hear back by phone or email.We can understand and accept a singular instance in which an order didn’t go as planned or that a staff member forgot to give someone a call back. The deep regret and disappointment comes when we hear this exact same story from multiple people who used our registry. Expecting parents put together a registry for everyone’s convenience. This experience has caused us a great deal of guilt and shame as we unfortunately put people in these frustrating shopping exchanges because we put Baby Grand products on our registry. Not wanting to continue to pass that burden on, we have now taken over tracking things down on our final order.As we near our delivery date, we are still tasked with following up on our outstanding order despite being told we would hear back from employees. If we could do it all over again, we would have had these exact same products delivered by other stores with clear pricing, effective tracking, and an experience that doesn’t put so much onus on those who were generous to gift us items for our baby.Need a showroom to check things out? This might be a good place to check out.Looking for a store to add to your registry that isn’t going to add overhead to the pregnancy experience? Baby Grand is not the place.
