I thought i had a good trade in experience here until i started getting my bill. I had multiple random charges like insurance, next up, & unlimited data for a watch i didn’t even want. None of these charges did i agree to or say yes to. Called customer service and thankfully they were able to remove a lot of the charges the store decided to add on themselves. Lots of false advertising and random charges. Would not go back to this location again. Customer service said themselves the stores do this a lot. Shady.

I was very impressed with the experience I received. The patience of Malcolm-Xavier is one a kind I will return whenever I need the right person to meet my needs. This company better count their days, if they don't take care of HIM someone else will surely see the value.

Stoped it to see about switching over to AT&T yesterday. Malcom and Torrey were awesome and very helpful. 5 star service provided and happy about my new AT&T phone/service.

My sales rep was quick to help, efficient in setting up my new line and responsive to any questions that I had. She is super competent and, as a customer, i very much appreciate being able to have that kind of experience when I'm spending good money and making a commitment.

It was quite busy at the end of store hours. Only one employee was working (Soley sp?). She was great!She worked very efficiently and was as able to assist Spanish speaking.She helped us with an upgrade and remained after hours with someone who walked in a minute before close.A very pleasant experience (after two horrible experiences, trying to utilize online chat with ATT. pleasant experience after two horrible experiences, trying to utilize online chat)

Malcolm was very patient and gave the best customer service, easy to work with and very understanding. I recommend this store if you want staff that’s knowledgeable on the products and adamant about getting you the best deals possible.

An employee at this location claimed to have turned off international charges for one of my accounts. They failed to do that and doubled my bill. The Saint Louis Park manager assured me several times that the charges would be reversed, did customer service. More than two months later, they cannot and will not resolve their mistake. Comcast used to be the all-time bottom feeder for tacking on charges for things that customers didn't order. AT & T has learned well. Scum.

They're super knowledgeable about everything to do with the phone I purchased there, and they are extremely friendly. Even after I made my purchase, I had to go in for questions about my phone, and they always took the time to help me out and always solved my concerns!!! Great customer service and extremely knowledgeable in their field. They go out of their way to help you out about any concerns, and they make sure to get you the best price on their plans and phones. BTW, Malcom is supper awesome!!! ? ? ?

I left the phone service i had over 10 years to go to AT&T just a month ago for healthcare discount.. I will be switching back to my old carrier because the experience has been awful and I’m tired of calling the store over and over. I am completely shocked and dissatisfied by the lack of moral responsibility or ownership by the store. no empathy. no compassion and no one was taking responsibility when things go wrong. you seem like the store Dana value my time I didn’t bother to follow up with me . although this was small issues, passing of time turned this small problem into a major issue. I would not recommend going to that store or going to AT&T. I don’t need to spend my money where I’m not being valued as a customer

Malcolm-Xavier has made this experience well worth the share, completely understanding my needs and making it simple to understand. Also very considerate of my time. It took me longer to write this great review of a great employee than it did to receive the service, I highly recommend you come here if you're interested in switching carriers. Two thumbs up.
