Attempted to bully me into purchasing a new vehicle on the spot while working to understand end of lease equity on a 2020 Stelvio.Attempted to falsify a scratch on the driver side door of the vehicle with a thin clear glue line to devalue the car.The Alfa Romeo Stelvio itself is a wonderful solid performance vehicle.However, I did not have a positive experience of integrity with sales.Their service department was good throughout the duration of the 3 year lease.

Mason Hermes is by far the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with. He took on an almost impossible task and made it happen. Kept me up to date on the progress and went above and beyond my expectations!

The staff at Alpha Romeo went out of their way when my daughter and I ran out of gas near their location. They came out, added enough gas to allow us to make it to the gas station, and didn't even let us pay them! Thank you Alfa Romeo, for your exemplary service and kindness!

I have bought two cars from this dealership and both times were by far the best experiences I’ve had at any dealership. Everyone there is very nice (I specifically have worked with Mason(sales), Ben(manager), the finance guy who I’m blanking on the name) & Gabby (service dept.)I went to a different dealership at first to test drive a car and they were 100% trying to screw me over with my trade in. Alfa Romeo on the other hand gave me a great trade in value and really wanted me to get into a vehicle I was going to love, they were super helpful at answering any questions I had and helped me stick to the budget I needed. The Jeep Renegade I ended up buying was priced very good, I had done a lot of research prior to buying so was happy with the price.I also have some experience using their service department and that’s also great. The first car I bought from them didn’t have any major issues besides normal wear and tear, hopefully this second car is the same! Their waiting room is super comfortable, I never mind sitting and waiting because I use their coffee machine, get cozy on their chairs and watch TV lol.Highly recommend this place!

I really appreciate the service department (and Gabby!) for taking the time to find out what's going on, even when my car wants to act up just for me. I was also given an Alfa as a loaner car to drive for the week that I was sad to give back (don't tell my Fiat).

First of all, I’m just in love with my purchase, but this is not a review of my car. I want to leave a comment about the service.Top Notch!!I’m a single dad and was up front about my time constraints as I had to get my small children after school and called with 10 minutes notice before showing up.Every person I interacted with was fantastic; my sales person who showed me the car, the manager who evaluated my trade, and the finance person who helped put it all together with paperwork and all.I literally felt like I was getting the red carpet treatment, and I’m just a regular bloke.Fantastic transaction, very good service and best of all an amazing car.Thank you so much!

I was helped by an awesome sales person named Bruno, cannot say anything but only the best of him. But somehow his manager did not want to give me the car with a full tank of gas. Which while not a huge deal, it is one of those things that are expected from every car purchase. Especially since I have bought 5 different cars from Luther Auto Group and every time I didn't even have to ask. So yeah, not sure why that manager botched it and left me with a bad taste in my mouth about my BMW purchase. Did not even had the decency to say why just told the sales person to say it was not going to happen.

Though I LOVE my Giulia & think it is an INCREDIBLY AMAZING driving machine, I would not work with THIS PARTICULAR dealership....in part because they refused to be decent & help, even if I was willing to be exploited by their overpriced markup.I heard from my dependable, independent auto body shop that there was a wait on a part holding up my repair (due to supply chain issues). This dealership had the part, but would not sell/provide it to the body shop.I decided to make the plea myself as well & this dealership refused to outright sell the part for even over retail to me or the body shop.This only continues my disgusting experiences with this dealership.I didn't buy my car from them, even though I was excited to pick up one from their lot. They lost the sale due to overpricing what I had been quoted online & over the phone prior to my appointment to purchase - and that they treated me disrespectfully as a knowledgeable woman. Just because a man shows up with me as my chauffeur doesn't mean he has any authority or more knowledge, especially when I specifically remind you that I'm the one solely buying the car.I find this dealership's continued obstructive approaches in giving people, especially women, the run around & playing games with pricing/willingness to work with me & others to be abhorrent.It is very sad for the wonderful Alfa Romeo brand & products to be dragged down by this dealership's apparent chronic stubbornness, selfish tactics, & bias towards even "easy sale" customers.

Terrible terrible dealership they sold my significant other a Lincoln MKX that had no issues what so ever they said. We drove it for about 2 weeks then started having major issues. Now it needs a whole new engine after being in the shop for weeks. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy to their clients.

The entire car buying experience here was wonderful and transparent. I enjoyed working with Bruno and he was so informative, helpful, and never pushy. The products really speak for themselves, too!
