Five stars (more if I could) for Bill in the auto section. He helped me without hesitation, along with helping many others along the way. I can tell that the store really relies on his experience. Thank you again, Bill. You’re awesome!!!!!!!

Customer service (not the department but employe ethic) sucks a satchel of richards. Not new, not unique to the store, tho go to Cloquet Walmart, their employees set a standard that made my experience at this st cloud location extra infuriating. Noone sees a customer thru, just push them off to someone else with a not my problem attitude. I may of lost my marbles (or change... it's a long story) simply because I manage a ton of pain with no meds n combined with emotions of a parent suddenly having stage 4 brain cancer n losing the other 2yrs ago Christmas eve with alzheimers... I lost it n lost it good, I am embarrassed for my behavior but not sorry, I was running late for an appointment for my mom (staind my only outfit that morning of course) n if the system isn't working, the people should of been, period. No worries, I ate crow when the person ahead of me was leaving at the same time, had I gotten in the long line of the only register open with a human working it... if u read all this, I hope you laughed, cos I did.And word of advice if u choose self check out (something I normally dont do often n don't suggest) make sure your $100 bills are freshly printed, their machines don't like completely valid older bills, even just a few yrs old bill. I just hope the "helpers" got to keep the extra money from all the change I dumped on the scanner cos I gave the machine 2-$5 n put $4 in change in the machine b4 I lost it (it spit a $5back out), dumped most of $10 in quarters n lots of dimes n some pennies n nickles n took my $14.98 purchase n left.Moral of this experience, have patients, n if u can't, I guess do it big?♀️ oh n don't use self checkout.Oh n yes I was late to the appt but tho we may not win the war(glioblastoma) we won a battle n chemo n radiation bought more time, she was given 6months originally, Jan is 6months n she's still fighting. And at the end of the day that is all that matters but I hope sharing all this gives someone a good chuckle but also gets people thinking of what we settle for as we take people from the equation as we expect less of people n more of machines, of course people will start to care less. Food 4thought.

Absolute garbage. I placed a delivery order last week; they only delivered half the items, and some of them were the wrong item. I was charged for the full order and given no explanation. I called corporate customer service, and they refunded me and said they would notify the store which should contact me within 48 hours. This was over a week ago, and I have heard NOTHING. I tried calling the store directly, and they won't answer the phone! ZERO STARS!

Had to turn briefly assume the role of a cutthroat attorney, and argue with Team lead (Tonya/Tanya?) Practically to THE DEATH about returning some recalled captain crunch.?Despite having a receipt, paying with debit, and being within the 90 day return policy ?Eventually, she compromised and allowed me an exchange to get some other food items, for which I am grateful. Because as we all know, money is tight these days. ?Not sure if she suspected me of return fraud or was just bored and wanted to argue? ?Thank you regardless ?

If you are in time sensitive, it's very difficult for you to get the items you want. Because the infant milk is locked and you cannot get someone to open for you.

Decent walmart experience, could've used another checkout, maybe a few less middle item displays, but no major concerns, got what i needed. Couldve used a bigger selection of coats and dress clothes

Always low on stock. Cashiers consistently ring up duplicate items and over charge and you can't tell until you examine the receipt after you pay.
