"Thank goodness it's still 24 hours"One of the few places I can still go to when I clock out. Very thankful for the wider hours and hope upper management keep it that way or else a great deal of people will be disappointed.

Open 24 hrs right an I’m Superman.. I’ve been there multiple times at night and every single time I went there was a note on the door stating sorry the store is closed and will reopen at 8am. Wasted time gas money when I’m broke as is. Get it together quit screwing the customers over. Change your hours or do something so people can stop wasting their time going there thinking you’re open. For real it’s not that hard bada bing bada boom done.

I was HARASSED and kicked out of the store by an obnoxious rude customer! It took close to 2 hours to pick up one med, I was 5th in line.The cashier, rang up one med; I usually get 2 meds at once. Cashier took a long time to look up the 2nd med, gave a long report on automated meds, etc.. then rang up ONE med. I said, "Wait, what about the 2nd med?" He went on about the auto system.." I said, "Well is it in? Do I wait 3 days and come back? Or can I order it now? If so how long will it take?" While looking at the man behind me, the cashier snidely said, "Well if you want to wait 3 days and come back, You CAN do that?" It was now up to 2 hours for 2 meds! I OKed one med. Cashier made snide comments and rolled his eyes at the man next in line. I calmly said, "Look if you take the time to look up a 2nd med its more efficient to follow through and offer options before ringing up one med." Cashier got jumpy, argued and denied it. I calmly told him not to argue; after waiting so long. Cashier snickered, rolled his eyes at the man behind me, and said, "Thanks for the advice." Then snidely said, "I hope you have a better rest of your day." As I walked away the man behind me yelled at me so everyone could hear "Your Rude," "YOU WERE RUDE TO THAT YOUNG MAN." Stunned I said, "You're judging and eaves dropping.” Loud man said, "UGHP! NO!! DON'T TALK TO ME!! Yelling above my voice he said UGH! GO! "GET OUT OF HERE! GET! GO ON!" As I left, still over my voice he yelled: UGHP! NO!! NO!! DON'T TALK TO ME!! Just GO!! GET OUT OF HERE!! GET! GO ON!" I tried to say, "don't say stuff like that if you don't want a reply." The rude obnoxious customer yelled above my voice. I left feeling humiliated and harassed. I was on the other side of the store, he yelled more loudly so the store could hear; "I HOPE YOU HAVE A BETTER REST OF YOUR DAY!!" ~The cashier and obnoxious customer broke all confidentiality rules! He kicked me out of Walgreen's with no consequences. I've reported this several times with no resolution. I really don't want to set foot in Walgreens again. I was harassed and no one seems to care!

CentraCare Urgent care sent prescriptions over at 8:45PM. I drove straight from the clinic to Walgreens, waited in the 10 car queue, once I got to the window it was about 9:40. “We didn’t receive any prescriptions.” Baffled, I pulled out my MyChart App and showed that they had been sent. “Oh they were pending, we require at least 30 mins to fill and we close at 10.” I came back the next day, waited 30 minutes in line again, the Pharmacist tells me that I have to pull around and wait in line again because they didn’t put it through my insurance. Words cannot describe the incompetency of this place, how corporate allows a constant line of cars backing into the street for the drive thru and a line of 15 people inside with 1 cashier is beyond me.

Associate Ben in the photo lab should be reprimanded or fired or both...When asked a question and his reply is " would you like a truthful answer or a sarcastic one" shows a definite lack of professionalism...Furthermore Ben thinks that it is acceptable to speak to customers in such a manner which makes me wonder if he was trained that way...I think I will ask the store manager on my next visit to find out...

DO NOT GOTO ANY WALGREENS. This is it. I am done with Walgreens. First the Walgreens at 17 Division in Waite Park MN more times than not shorts my Prescriptions of just doesn't have them. Now the Walgreens at 25xx Division in St Cloud sends me notification (today) that my Prescriptions are available. I get there to find that they have been closed due to no pharmacist. (Pharmacy is not even open) My suggestion goto CVS, Walmart, Sam's, Costco anywhere but Walgreens. Good Job Walgreens you've lost this customer.

I would rather saw off my foot than fill my prescription here again. People are rude in pharmacy, endless waiting, and even waiting when the prescription is already ready. Not worth anyone's time, save yourself...

Do not use this store. If I could give it a zero I would. Scheduled a vaccine shot, filled out all the forms on-line. I get there a few minutes before my scheduled time and the line was a dozen deep. They only had one tech at the register. Finally I get to the counter and they don't have the forms I filled out. After filling out the forms, waited another twenty minutes before I received my shot. Over all it took more than an hour for a scheduled appointment. Staff were very nice though.

Spent an hour in a drive through line of 3 cars. Cars that are in in line of they have a wait should be guided to come back and return not hold the line for 20 mins while they fill a prescription

Grossly understaffed. Never going here again, highly recommend no one else does either. Absolutely terrible management if they think this is how to run a business. Overworking (very few) employees and underserving customers.

POOR MANAGEMENT, ROTTEN CUSTOMER SERVICE! Checking out at Walgreens, the eye drops rang up for $30. I thought they were $20.00. Cashier said "no its $30." Point blank & repeated this no matter what. I didn't see any for $30, and I would not pay for it. -Later one rang up for $22. With no other customers the cashier didn't offer to see for herself and sternly said, "This will take a while since I need a manager to total this out and start over. I said I was waiting on a prescription. Cashier said "Don't blame me! It's not my fault!" I said there is no need to get defensive. Cashier said, "I am not defensive", and added more about blaming as she went to get a manager. The Manager came up and asked what the problem was. I calmly said the above of what the Cashier said to me. By then there were other customers. The Manager very loudly said "Now! Now! Just CALM Down!", while looking at me said "Take a couple of deep breaths! All is fine!" I was calm, and embarrassed. The cashier finished the transaction and held my purchased bag straight out in front of her, waited for me to grab it while glaring at me with a somber face. I waited for her to say Thank you. Barely moving her lip Cashier finally squeaked out a very soft, "Have a good night;". I said "You too." Cashier said "Geez, why did you have to glare at me like that? You didn't have to stare at me so long." I replied "I believe you were staring at me." Cashier just said more snotty accusations at me as I walked away. I found the Manager and calmly said that I thought her response to the incident was not right. I felt blamed instead of addressing the cashier's poor behavior. I said, "Now she's very inappropriate again." The Manager snapped at me and said "_xxxx__ is not inappropriate she did nothing wrong!" and just repeated this same argument when I said, "Oh yes she is. She's very inappropriate." I said, "Accusing me of glaring at her is very inappropriate." The Manager argued repeatedly, "She was not inappropriate! She did nothing wrong!" I said yes she was inappropriate and walked away feeling worse for having said anything at all. Later I tried to look at the cashier's hidden name-tag. Cashier mimicked me and very snottily sang her name out, with the manager standing right there. Manager said nothing. On the other hand the Pharmacy was great, polite, busy and cordial!

Waited in line for 20 min had 3 cars in front and both lanes opened...It never moved! Gave up and left without my prescription..I will have to pick up at some point but thinking I might not even need the meds by the time I finally can get to the beginning of the line..this has happened every time I go there..I just switched to Costco pharm...this place is aweful.

Pharmacist straight up lied to me and said that they fixed an issue that a prescription said “ action needed” on, only to backtrack the day after and said that they can’t fix it. Not only that but they said that a prescription was ready for pickup but the insurance didn’t cover so I couldn’t get it?!? Why would it be ready if it didn’t go through insurance?!
