I was just in Walgreens because I needed to get a couple of cases of water for work.
Lifting those cases can be pretty heavy, especially if you have recently thrown out your back, so when I lifted up a case to put in my cart, I let out a loud grunt, cause it hurt my back to lift.
Preston, was in the photo area behind the counter& noticed me struggling so he came from behind the counter& helped me right away by picking up both cases of water for me and put them in my cart AND put them in my car for me. He went above and beyond for me& took such good care of me!
THAT is so rare these days, but I'm looking forward to going back to Walgreens for my essential needs because they have really good deals! - especially on water!!

I went to buy a Vicks vaporizer. It only worked for 2 days and then it didn't work anymore. I went with my receipt to return it and an abusive and arrogant lady attended to me and without giving any explanation she told me that I couldn't return it. I think people like her wouldn't have to work there... I bought the product, I didn't ask for it as a gift.

Sam working in the pharmacy is the best and deserves a raise! He helped us when the pharmacist in the back was very rude, un helpful and sold us the wrong medication.

Useless pharmacy. I ordered a COVID test online the day before trying to pick up. They sent me thru the drive thru 3 times, and told me to come in without a mask. It took me over an hour to get a test in hand at the drive through.
The lady on the phone was at least understanding and helped me sort it, but the guy working the drive thru there was not proactive or trying to find solutions and very slow. The place should be restaffed and retrained and pay people well or shut down. I will not be back.

This Walgreens really went downhill these past couple years it used to be really clean and welcoming and shelf’s were fully stocked up and cashiers were very friendly and helpful now it’s the total opposite

The only thing that store really had going for it was it was open 24 hours no matter what well that's gone so I guess it's a matter of months before this place closes its stores for good

Hour long wait on the phone, then hung up on. Common tactic based on other reviews. Drive through takes 30-60 minutes and your first time through is always 'we'll get that ready, come back later'. Doesn't matter if you already spoke to someone, it will be a few trips and a couple of hours for EACH REFILL. Triple check they gave you all of your meds, they have no issue filling one of three meds and giving excuses for the rest.
Avoid at all costs.

The last 2 times I've been in the St Cloud store. I have been witness to watching Somalian fathers watching their children eat right off the shelves. Kindel and chips or cookies. Employees walk by and say nothing. They put the empty wrappers back on the shelf and leave. That is stealing. That stealing is being taught. I don't believe I'll be doing business at the stores in this area any longer. I'm sure this cost is passed to me. Not again.

Associate Ben in the photo lab should be reprimanded or fired or both...
When asked a question and his reply is " would you like a truthful answer or a sarcastic one" shows a definite lack of professionalism...
Furthermore Ben thinks that it is acceptable to speak to customers in such a manner which makes me wonder if he was trained that way...
I think I will ask the store manager on my next visit to find out...

Grossly understaffed. Never going here again, highly recommend no one else does either. Absolutely terrible management if they think this is how to run a business. Overworking (very few) employees and underserving customers.
