Everything was great. When I showed up I was told appointment were running 35 minutes behide. By the time I got in it was an hour after my appointments time. When I got in I was not rushed. Everyone did great.

I had an eye exam done using the computerized version using various machines then talked to a dr online My first experience doing such an exam It went very well considering all was about 1/2 behind.Got the frames I wanted too!Thanks!

You didn't offer a particular women's style I was looking for. But on other side, Men's had what I wanted. But after exam, front desk was easily able to configure the shape, but still unsure of frame selection. We'll see how it all works out.

Well. I sat there for a half hour for my scheduled appointment, then was told there "stuff" wasn't working and didn't know when it would be. So I left, never going back.

I normally have very good luck with my glasses here until this last time I went. They have recently gotten a new employee and she seem to not care about anything at all I believe her employee number is 115145 I am not sure since I didnt get her name. She doesnt have any interest in learning. I went there 2 weeks ago to get a new pair of glasses we came to pick them up today and the same person opened up the case and they were definitely not my glasses that I ordered not even close. She told me that they had to of been because my name was on them and I said I would never get glasses like those. She went to go get a employee that was higher up and the higher up said that she had ordered them wrong because she never double checked they were the right ones that I wanted. So then I had to pick out a new pair because they didnt have the ones I had ordered anymore. She messed up where my bifocal line was again same as last time. The higher up rechecked everything and made sure it was correct this time the only reason I am giving them a 2-star review is because of the higher up who tried very hard to make things right and I normally don't have issues there.

I went in and the lady said she would place my order. A month later, still no call or text that my order was in. I called on December 4th and they said they would place my order. Called on December 15th, and now they can’t place my order since they discontinued my frames. I’m just very upset that it’s been over a month and a half since they first “placed” my order. Very unprofessional and unprepared to properly deliver good customer service and to fulfill their tasks

I haven't even been able to get in the store and have an appointment without issues coming up.I get that sometimes places get booked up but I've noticed certain days just don't exist for online booking at all like Wednesdays.On top of that i should not need to give excessive personal info over the phone as requested by a voicemail i got after 630pm saying they needed it "now" or i would be charged out of pocket even if i have insurance. Why can't you enter it in person like every other visionworks I've been to in the last 10 years? It sounds and feels like laziness and a scam. I'm debating if my appointment is even worth it.

In years past this review would have been entirely different, but vision works has really let themselves go. Their online calender to begin with wouldn't let me reschedule my appt once I cancelled the one they picked. Then I was informed except for 1 day a month their appts are completely virtual these days. Once appt was over I was informed I couldnt pick any frames other than what ins allowed and pay difference ( even though this had never been an issue in past with them or ins.) Also they didn't even think to offer scratch resistance or anti glare or anything else. They just put my numbers in as if I was a number and told me when to expect my glasses. Will not be using vision works for further vision needs.

Called me every single day while I was at work to confirm an appointment. I confirmed the appointment via text. They gave my slot away because I wouldn't answer their calls at work. Will not be going back to this location. Extremely annoying they call every single day, and extremely unprofessional to unbook my appointment. Please take your money elsewhere if you value what you get for your money. I'd let this slide if it weren't for the fact this isn't the first time I've had issues with this location.

Poor customer service & unorganizedWe recently called Visionworks to inquire about walk in appointments after my husband starting having sudden vision problems and needed be seen asap. We were assured they were open for walk ins, so we drove an hour there to be seen. I didn’t get the name of the woman we spoke to when we arrived, but she was very rude, stating “no openings. booked solid. why would you come when the day is almost over? we’re running behind so make an appointment for another day”. Super unprofessional! We left and made an appointment for two days later, the soonest we could get. They then called to say they double booked him and he’d have to come 2 1/2 hours later if he wants to be seen. This was an urgent issue that can’t just be pushed off. I understand there may be staffing issues, etc, but that doesn’t excuse the situation. Ultimately they had zero regard for the patient’s health, so I would not recommend them.

This place deserves less than one star, my experience was very horrible. I gave the insurance and clearly stated that if the insurance won't cover the eye exam, I would not do it here. They went through my insurance and gave the exam. After the exam, they asked me to pay $109 after insurance. I was not happy because I was not informed that insurance would not cover all. They acted like I was not the reasonable one to deny the payment and had to get the manager. The manager said because of miscommunication, they will waive the exam fee. I asked how much money I would really need to pay if they did not waive and the amount the manager gave was $43. First, they didn't tell me that I needed to pay. Second, they even have the number wrong. Be careful and check the details of your balance. I don't trust this place.

I was a year late on my exam, this year.I went to another place to get my glasses, they couldn’t get my prescription right after four tries and almost two months later. I was finally refunded the money.Vision works discovered my double vision years ago.I received my glasses recently with Visionworks, I can see perfectly on the very first try.My only complaint, my BOGO free was still $608 for two pair of glasses? I’m still very pleased with them.Thank you.

The glasses I ordered needed to be sent back for a correction. Not a problem...except they forgot to send them to the manufacturer for a week. When they arrived back at the store, there was a flaw that required they be sent back again. Since I had moved to another city the store offered to send them to a store near me. I was notified a week ago that they arrived at the St. Cloud store, so I called. They assured me that they were shipping them to the Minnetonka store. After a week without hearing anything, I called again. They still hadn't shipped them. Support promised me a phone call from a general manager that day. I never got the call. Now I've been promised a call from a manager in about 30 minutes.I do not appreciate being lied to or having my property withheld. This is about to escalate REAL fast.

This may have been the worst experience I have ever had. To start off, their phone system is HORRIBLE!!! You cannot even get in touch with the store without being on hold for 30-40 minutes. I ended up driving to the store because it was quicker. Exam went great, they gave me trial packs of contact lenses. A week later I went in to order because I could not contact them through phone. I ordered and paid for a year supply, they tried to give me my old prescription and finally had that fixed. Then 3 week slater, I had to get in touch with them again because I hadnt received my contacts, another 45 minutes on the phone on hold I got in touch with someone who told me they would have someone call me. A couple hours later, they called back and told me they forgot to order my contacts and would send me a couple more trial pairs while they order new ones for me. Once I got them, again, they ordered my old prescription!!! I would never suggest this place to anyone. They are obviously incapable of being able to do their job! I have no idea how they are even in business
