We bought a Kitchenaid frigidaire and after 6 weeks the compressor failed. Scheduled a tech. waited for the conpressor. 2nd compressor failed 6 hrs. later. Called, noone answered. Left messages. Finally went in on sat. talked with Shawn. He did not tell us he was the manager. Said he felt attacked because we needed our frig. repaired. This was the week of Christmas. He lied and said he would talk to parts department on monday. He never came into work that Monday.Before we talked to shawn, we spoke to a rep. that friday. He said he was the third person my problem was thrown onto. After having to talk to Tabatha from the Pierz location we ended up with a used frig. same brand and model, but used. No refund at all. Shawn said they do not do loaner frig. witch was a lie. So I have a workong frig. but paied full price for a used frig.Never shop the St. Cloud, mn location. They lie, very bad service..

Disclaimer: I'm a previous employee and rarely go into this store. But it's a vastly different world than the one I left in '18. The worst employee I ever had the unlucky pleasure of working with no longer works there as well as the "troll", who will also remain nameless. The company does push self serve options heavily, too much in some cases, but since the stores no longer run on commission, things have gotten immensely better. I would suggest that customers do their best to become self sufficient and come to rely on the store employees as "experts" in extreme cases. When all else fails or you just have to feel the device in your hands before you take out a second mortgage to pay for your electronic fix, then come on in!
