I had a question for the store manager. I got a call center I asked her three times to put me through to the manager and she asked what the question was three times. I finally told her it's personal she's still insisted on knowing the question. If your call center can't trust the fact that the manager can't answer a question especially when it's personal they don't deserve my business. I was about to put 23 vehicles on with them because personally they have service me very well add the local location. I can't understand with my vehicles getting oil change once a month why they'd even risk irritating a customer. So I guess I'm going to take my business over to jiffy lube or snappy lube. I'll never go to Valvoline again personally or business-wise because of that. And I apologize to the manager on highway 23 in St cloud but it's his call center that caused the problem. I'm done

Left not feeling confident in their work this time. They had issues putting back on the oil filter and seal. Not sure if they were not used to working on Toyota's. Manager was busy trying to lift their lift for rotating tires on another vehicle. Will probably not go back to this location or will just stick with Toyota dealership for maintenance.

They fix things that need to be fixed and don't give you alot of unnecessary stress they are friendly and professional and I love getting my oil changed by them and everything else I need they saved me alot of money

The gentleman taking care of our vehicle was very helpful and polite. We were in and out within 20 minutes.

Hit it at the right time. I was able to drive right in and got oil change an air filter replaced. Very professional employees!

There is no oil change called instant, these men’s are scammers. They refilled my previous oils and they didn’t change nothing.

I used to go here all the time but got there early this morning when they were supposed to be open and there wasn't an employee in site after I had waited for 30 minutes past the time they were supposed to be open. I will have my oil changes done elsewhere now and won't waste my time here again..

The guys at Valvoline work so quickly and everyone was friendly. They were busy but my actual oil change took less than 10 minutes.

Online app constantly says 10 minute estimated wait time. Not sure what that metric is based on. I waited 40 minutes in the first spot next to the door, on a Thursday morning. Seems disorganized, workers are constantly moving about. Looked to be fully staffed. This experience has inspired me to start looking for a different place.
