I have never been to a place like Vacuum Center. They are so helpful and nice. I highly recommend to go to Vacuum Center if you need any help with Vacuums, buying a sewing machines, and learn how to start the machine, etc.. :)

I love the sewing machines (4) and vacuums (2) that I’ve purchased from the Vacuum Cleaner Center!! The staff is beyond helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Their service department is thorough and efficient. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

I’ve always been greeted the moment I enter and they take great care of my sewing machine needs. Today I came in for a high quality vacuum cleaner for my small business needs and Perry was amazing at teaching me all about the different brands. Very customer focused, personable, no pressure to buy, an asked great questions to understand what my needs were to find me the right fit. It’s rare to have such outstanding customer service these days.

Called to ask if they carried extra belts for a shark vacuum cleaner. They kinda rudely stated that NOPE not shark ? That the company doesnt support repair shops for customers, which may be true, but they could still carry some parts. Luckily I found on Amazon(next day delivery) and ordered for my dad to help fix my vacuum. Was going to try to shop/support local before Amazon. Phone etiquette could use some work.
