Just the absolute worst. Had an order coming through ups that's in town today but when they decided to switch it too usps now it's not until 4 days later is it supposed to be here unreal

They brought the wrong package to our house and instead of bringing it to my door they put it on my wife car hood 20 ft from the door. How do they think this is ok.
