Allstate authors several programs for us drivers and those of us that really don't drive that much they offer a great program or if you drive under 1000 miles but you have to pay each month is very low check into it it's great for all of us that work at home or I retired

Was frustrated with some communication issues but was quickly resolved by Pete who was helpful and got everything taken care of and helped me understand the process. Be sure to call their direct line and not the 800 number.

Won't do business with them. Gave me a much better rate than current auto insurance provider, but cause how I am not listened to, and how all documents are coming to a person on my policy, and not me directly, really annoys me. Don't want to do business with people who aren't even willing to fix it.

We had hail damage on one of our vehicles and were impressed on how convenient and helpful it was working with Allstate to resolve this. Our agent personally called as well to see if we had any questions immediately after the claim was submitted. Highly recommend The Lyle Group for anyone looking for an agency committed to customer service

I have recently changed my insurance provider to Allstate. The Lyle group are helpful, informative and kind. I've done in-depth research and find Allstate has competitive rates with similar coverage. I'm pleased and hopeful my relationship with Allstate continues. Thank you Peter Lyle.

Pete Lyle made shopping for a new insurance painless. Pete had everything prepared and compared my coverage at the time, he even discovered my daughter wasn't covered for over a year!!! He covered all the necessities. I highly recommend Pete!!!

ALLSTATE DOES WHAT IT DOES BEST!!!! NOTHING!!!! Here's my update on the ongoing Allstate saga with my car insurance. Enjoy! I certainly am not. Allstate's CEO never responded to my letter either so it shows how much they care about their clientele.THE UPDATE: Allstate refused any assistance with their foul up to repair my car and also refused to refund my original $300 future insurance payment. I expected nothing less from this upstanding company. Simply do not use this organization. You'll save yourself a lot of trouble.

I'd leave zero stars if possible. I cannot believe Allstate and this local business. They promised back in October 2022 to move my auto insurance from an obnoxious Allstate branch in the Twin Cities to their division. Deer accident today. Called Allstate and Lyle Group NEVER transferred my auto insurance and kept my payment of $300. I have been driving for five months without auto insurance and will have to pay for this accident now myself.Not even a sorry or concern from them. Unreal. DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS BUSINESS! I simply cannot believe I had an accident without insurance? Legal action will be considered.
