The check in process was quick and efficient. The service needs were clearly explained, estimated charges sent via text for confirmation to authorize repairs. *****The shuttle service where I brought our truck in early morning and subsequently given a ride home north of Sartell seals the deal for me to have all our future vehicle service needs done at TenVoorde. It was all very convenient.

I had a system update which Tenvoorde successfully applied. I purchased my tires there and have free balance & rotations for the life of the tire which they remind me of, I don't have to ask. Their service is great.

Our experience with both salespeople was fine (didn't feel pressured into making a decision with either one).The frustrating part was the closing process. We were forced to meet with a young man who is hired to sell add-ons. He was just doing his job - but in an attempt at humor he suggested that if both my husband and me put the Ford APP on our individual phones - we would be able to track each others location - and that might lead to us discovering something we might not want to know. We both found that offensive. I think he should be made aware that he crossed a line. The next person was the finance guy. That involved being presented with a $4200 extended warranty option and when we decided against that offer his mood shifted and we could sense his disapproval. His friendliness had left the room. Just a few things worth the mention. We did however appreciate your patience on waiting for our I-Bonds to clear for final payment.

These folks always take of me well and this visit was no different. I didn't have the valet service scheduled since I made the appt late but they still went out of their way to deliver my Maverick to me when it was done with all the recalls and oil change. Great job everyone. Tenvoorde is my go to dealership
