I had a great experience at Tenvoorde Ford! My car recently hit 100K miles, so there were a lot of little things to be fixed/updated. I was able to drop my car off, get dropped off at work, and picked up after. That was very helpful for me! Jordan was very helpful and kind. Even saved me some money!

I brought my car in to the quick line to check why my oil light was on. Chase the Manager went out and checked my oil level , it was fine. He also heard a ticking noise, and suggested I take it to where I bought the car , to have them check it out. New car and all. Chase was right the ticking sound was the Purge valve. Thank you so much Chase for hearing it and knowing what it was.

This dealership is absolutely terrible. They will do anything to sell you a vehicle but when it comes to service and follow up they will screw you until they've stolen the value of a whole second vehicle from you. I had asked the service dept. to turn off a warning for 'trailer battery not connected' on my F150 which is a super common issue based on google searches. They took my truck in at 8 am for the appointment and did no work, I didn't receive a call, voicemail or text and then after the service department closed I had to get my truck from the sales manager. They had locked my truck in their shop and wouldn't release it until I paid $120 for the ZERO work they did! I called the service manager Craig to complain and left a frustrated voicemail which he then hung up on so I couldn't even leave a voicemail. No call back or apology. Craig the service manager should be fired in my opinion. I would warn every potential customer to Tenvoorde Ford to avoid this place and go to any other dealership in the state of Minnesota. Absolutely the worst business I've had to deal with in St. Cloud MN.

Unlike greedy salesmen from our local dealerships, these people genuinely want to help you. George was kind, polite and patient with me. He allowed me to make my own decisions. Prior to this, I’ve walked away from three awful salesmen. They all had something negative to say, after I respectfully declined their offers. Tenvoorde, made the process of buying my car a memorable one. All I have is bad memories from the last two cars I’ve owned. I carry their business cards to give my hospital colleagues, family and friends. Corwin is not our ONLY option in Fargo-Moorhead. Ladies, let’s venture out and deal with kind people at Tenvoorde Ford.

I recently needed service on my F350. My tires were old and needed replacement. The service team did everything they could to get me the best tires at the best price. They actually had a positive attitude in doing so. The BEST service I have had in a long time.

I do not recommend tenvoorde ford. I’ve had horrible service buying a truck and service. Not 1 time going there has been a good experience. Terrible service. I’ve asked 4 different times what my warranty on my vehicle covered and I’ve gotten every answer except what my warranty even covers. My truck was having some problems and took over 3 days to get ahold of someone over the phone. I called close to once an hour and tried calling everyone in service and the sales manager and nobody can answer their phones. I called all throughout their business hours. After I finally got ahold of someone after 3 days of calling, I had to wait for 2 weeks to get my truck checked out. Brought my truck in to get a new switch put in and I mentioned something else is going out that says my hood keeps opening when it stays shut. Then they don’t even look at it or acknowledge it what so ever. Then the days after having it in it is going off and can’t fix it. It was 10 times worse than when I brought it in. I couldn’t even lock my vehicle without the alarm going off. Called then and no answers so I show up there and then they say they need to talk to the technicians. Then they said they’d give me a call the next day and no calls from them and I’ve left multiple voice mails and left my number for them to call me back. Every time I try calling in nobody can answer their phone especially in service and when I show up to the dealership there is multiple people sitting around not doing anything. Sad to how they can call themselves a professional dealership. Save yourself your time and go to a different dealership cause you will be very disappointed going to this dealership. Out of all the dealerships I’ve been to, tenvoorde is the worst dealership out of all of them.

Poor service area customer support. The person on the phone seemed rude and abrupt. I have driven Ford my whole life and currently own two Ford vehicles. I will never buy one from here based on my experience with their service department.

This place is a joke and the worst customer experience ever. Not just with a dealership. Worst ever. First off the sales guy, Zach Stumpf, came out right away with a sexist comment about women. That's how he started off his sale. They knew NOTHING about the Tesla car we wanted to buy (not educated on it at ALL) and had it way overpriced. We know everything about Tesla's. When we were thinking whether or not to get it, he went into this mood instantly like we were wasting his time. We had gone back about a week later to see if we could talk them down to the correct price. This time we worked with Lilly. She was nice until a poor comment she made later on, in the situation. She said "you didn't hear this from me, but we close at 8 and the charger stays on." It sounded like an opening for crime. We were able to talk them down to a proper price this time. The previous owner did not include the charger with the car. Before the papers were signed, they said they would get the charger back. Well they didn't. Not following through on what they had said, is the equivalent of selling a car without a gas tank. You need the charger to make the car go. We had talked to the sales manager, Kris, since they did not follow through yet. On the phone, we had confirmed and verified that they would be getting a TESLA brand charger. He said yes and sounded like he was even looking on the TESLA website while on the phone talking to him. Went to go pick up the charger and they had bought a generic charger which was absolutely completely useless. Lied and cheap. 1 star is too much for them. They deserve absolute 0 stars. They are full of sexist, cheap liars. Worst customer service we've ever experienced. We would not recommend anyone we know to ever do business with them.
