I had the best experience with a Banker in my life today. I walked into TCF Bank in St Cloud hoping to ask a few questions about their products. As I walked In, I was immediately greeted with a smile by the branch manager Joel.This guy was well-dressed in blue professional attire. He spoke passionately in details about TCF's products, services and how it benefits customers. Further, he talked about the upcoming merger with Huntington Bank and how the new Bank will help customer achieve their financial goals. Overall, this guys knows his stuff. It is difficult to find Bankers that cares about customers these days. Joel seems to be an exception. I cant wait to do more business with this guy and his branch.

Horrible bank!!!! Transactions take 3 days to show on your account and because of it your able to overdraft your account very easily because there is less money in the account then it says you have. They charged me $140 in 2 days of overdraft fees, 70$ a day!!!! I feel robbed and I will be closing my account.

I have been with TCF BANK for 20 years. I never had a BAD experience. But I have had Automatic deposit for 10 years. But seeing all the bad reviews. I will be changing my Bank account to a better place for the future. I hope they do something about this situation

If I could give 0 stars I would. Talk about the WORST customer service in the area. Called customer service and they LIED about functions available to me while the drive through was closed, AGAIN. I then called customer service in hope they’d do their job and help me, instead I was told if I had an issue I’d need to drive an hour away to get help at a different branch. In total, this is unacceptable. Banks should be a trusted institution. This one is not. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere that respects you.

They definitely need earlier drive up hours if the lobby isn't open. Not convenient at all.

Why is the lobby always closed at this location? Never a note on the door, they are just locked. Not all of us have 30-45 minutes to sit in line for the drive thru. Very frustrating

Very upset sat on hold for hour . To speak to someone. And did not! My account was fine last night now I have an 200 over draft! What? If this is what the meeting of banks is I'm out !

This is the only TCF bank left in st.cloud, due to COVID, the lobby isn’t open and it takes almost an hour to get through the line! unbelievable. im ready to switch banks.

Look I get COVID has messed things up but is there any reason at all why a drive thru takes so long. Can you have more then two tellers working? I mean I feel bad for the tellers. Not their fault at all and they have to bear the brunt of it because Upper Management has no common sense.

Incredible service I was there at 5 o’clock on Wednesday one hour to close and they were packed and Yet they still greeted me with smiling faces and got what I needed done 10 out of 10 stars would recommend to everyone thank you so much
