The manager Alex does amazing work in the crossroads location. Not only did he help with a difficult task, he made sure others were also being taken care of. I’ll always come back here for any issues!

I enjoyed the place the first time I walked in the doors ,the folks here gave a warm welcoming smile and the person who helped us had us entertained and just doing his job ,which he delivered an A+ service.

T-mobile messed up my pin number 12 years ago. I was told they got it straightened out 5 years ago when I got a new phone. Nope. Had to get a new phone today and was ready to drop $1400 on 2 phones. It was still a mess. They said they could not do anything about it and told me to call a number or send the other person on my account to a store 60 miles away. I went home and then back to Verizon. In 5 minutes and one phone call by a Verizon employee the pin was corrected and we got 2 phones and $300 in gift cards for $0. T-Mobile was either too lazy or too stupid to try to fix this mess they caused. Verizon was great.

I was greeted by a young lady and told someone would help me. They came out in 3 minutes. I didn’t pay attention to his name but I’ll rate him highly when T-Mobile texts their survey. He came to sit next to me and didn’t require me to follow him around the store with my super pregnant self. He helped me understand my options. I’d come back.
