hold on to your pocketbook. This St.cloud salon will take you for a ride. they sold me a 30 day membership. but continued to charge my account until I noticed it. Then they would not refund my money even when they knew it hadn't been used for months . I finally got the charges stopped when my husband bought me a new membership for Christmas. I tried to get my money back immediately. He bought it on 12/23. They prorated the $66 down to $30. If prorated it should have been $17. Then they charged for annual fee and the first month at $88. When I called they said they couldn't cancel it until at least one month was paid for. so I thought fine I'll pay for the month and use the services since I can't get my money back. I went in to tan tonight and they Said I could not use the services because it was cancelled. I checked my bank account and I have not received any credit for any of the charges. I gal At the front desk said she could not help me I had to check with my bank. The service sucks. I got nothing but the run around

I couldn’t be more grateful! I left my wedding ring here and panicked after realizing they were closed. I went right away in morning and my rings were in a bag with my name on it. Such a blessing.

I signed up for a month of tanning. The employee assured me it was just one month, 4/23-5/23. June 1,23 I have an automatic withdrawal from my account. I call SunCity, explained the situation. I stated the gal who signed me up appeared new as it took her a few tries b4 i was set. Whoever answered said they could refund me and would have supervisor/manager call me. After a few days I call back, mngr is unavailable. A few more days reach out online with a live chat, eventually give me a number to call. The gal who answered stated they don't offer monthly tanning and since I didn't cancel b4 the first I cannot receive my money back. I explained this is not what i was told. Again I call the store for a mngr. 9 days later and no one has called back. The store told me mngt. Was in. The lack of accountability, professionalism and extremely poor customer service, I would never recommend this business to anyone.
