Worst ever. They keep telling my account is on auto pay, but then I get default notices and now they say I have three months behind. Terrible management, never in the office.

They have no emergency contact number or anyone to answer calls in case of an emergency. I got stuck inside the facility. The gate got stuck when trying to leave. I tried calling the customer service money but it didn’t have any option to talk to someone or how to report an emergency

So far it's been great place to use. It's a nice place and is really secure but the only main downside is the fact it's not open 24/7 cause i work till 9 and barely have time to make it there on time.

Hands down MY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A STORAGE FACILITY EVER... first they gave me terrible instructions for moving into my unit and so I ended up moving my stuff into the wrong one. I was on the phone with the company and asked him if I had the right unit. He asked if there was a lock on it; I said no. He told me that must be the right unit then. When I came back a few weeks later, all of my stuff had been thrown out - several thousands of dollars worth of products for my business, lost. When I complained, no one replied to my email, returned my call, or offered me any sort of compensation or apology whatsoever. I was waiting for someone to call me before paying my bill and since no one did, my payment was late and a lock was placed on my unit so I couldn't access my stuff. So I paid my bill in full and came back the next day. The lock was still there, and I was unable to get a hold of anyone. This happened on a Friday and so I had to go all weekend, unable to access any of my belongings or move anything into my storage unit. And of course over the weekend it rained, which meant all the furniture I was trying to move into storage was damaged - of course, no apology or anything from the business. No one is ever actually at the location, the office is miles away, and even during regular posted business hours, every time I stopped by, no one was there. The employee turnover rate is high - every time I do speak to someone, they're gone and it's someone new a few weeks later - and the automated system is frustrating to use and filled with problems. They lured me in with two months free - worst "bargain" of my life. Had I chosen a closer facility, one that was actually staffed by humans, I would never have had these problems. Someone would have actually shown me where to go, and been there to remove the lock. Choose any place other than this one - you'll be glad you did.

I would highly recommend Storage Link! The rental process is smooth and simple, and the grounds are always kept clean and accessible.

Called in to ask a few questions about the location and size of the units and the cost. My questios were very politely answered and friendly. Great place to use, it is clean and easy to get to the unit.

A very smooth process from start to finish. A variety of options for all of your storage needs including a variety of locations. Would've loved it to have 24/7 access as not everyone has the same schedule and if I'm paying to use it I want to be able to use it whenever I want to!

Pay in full and late 1 day next month and immediately double locked. Pay it and still not unlocked. Never again will I store there
