I bought my Riccar vacuum there over 15 yrs ago. I bring it every year for an affordable service job and it is still working perfect. I also bring all my sewing machines for service when needed. Always quick return of my items & good customer service.

Hi! I just purchased my "dream machine" from you and took a class on how to use it this morning! I can't say enough about the service and help that I've received with it. I know if I need to have it serviced, it will be well cared for and fixed right. Thanks for all the super helpful tips and pointers this morning. Eternally endebted to the service staff at The Saint Cloud Sewing Center. They offer expertise you can count on to carefully repair or clean your machine. To a quilter or seamstress you fear having your machine at the shop if you do not know the staff, and how careful they will be. After all, some machines cost thousands of dollars. I highly recommend this shop for all your sewing services.

The most important thing to consider when buying a sewing machine is the quality of the dealer behind the machine. St. Cloud Sewing Center is top notch. Better than any other dealer I have bought a machine from. When I have problems, questions or service, they are helpful and accommodating.
