HRA is a public resource for those in need of housing and resources. I have utilized them as a resource for many individuals over the years who didn't have the financial wherewithal to afford a place to live. They have been very helpful. I appreciate what you do in our community!

Lived at Wilson apartments for almost 7 years. LOVED IT!!! Maintenance was always on top of things and so is the office manager, Matt Swanson. He would let me have my air conditioning earlier in the season every year because of my proven medical issues. He is a fantastic manager.

I have been renting from HRA for almost 4 years now and have had minimal to no issues with this apartment. We were almost homeless before recieving the HCVoucher, and it came at the last second, in Gods time and we feel blessed to have what we have, a nice warm place to live with more amenitities than we have ever had before. Amen. God bless... Steph

Experienced in 2016: When my name came up on the list I was so happy I thought god had sent me a blessing…………Went to appointment my son was crying I was told to come back at a later date because he wouldn’t stop crying. I was homeless at the time sleeping in my car I need this process started asap. If you are a American Citizen they will not help you no matter what you are going throw. Currently I am a owner of multiple properties and my children will never rely on government programs like this just to end up disappointed. When one door slams GOD removes the frame. #Blessed

I thought the government gave out a bunch of money to Minnesota for housing were. Did it go,if the housing vouchers is closed l can't work cause l had transplant on low income can't find a apartment,now trying to find partime job no one will hire a transplant recipient thank you stcloud

Tried getting help with my apartment complex raising my rent over $200. I'm a disabled senior on choice voucher. I'm very low income thats why I'm on housing. But they're not helping me with this RIDICULOUS RENT PRICE GOUGING. Apparently Dominium is known for this. Read stories online.

Not professional or polite people.somalian need to attendants their own people cus i dont understand nothing of the somali girls saying.goverment need to sneek in tha place cus i have 20+ years in St Cloud and my letters never found my copies disappear and noones knows nothing? they never ever call or help with anything.

I've been living in the Brownstone town homes for 20 years and in the last couple years the property manager is the worst. She takes forever to get anything fixed.

I’m not sure what all the bad reviews are about but I have lived at Germain Towers for two years and have no complaints.I had one incident with a neighbor and management took care of it pretty fast.If renters are doing drugs or breaking the lease in some way they get kicked out. Some residents grumble and complain the common areas aren’t vacuumed and cleaned enough but I think that’s a pretty common complaint anywhere you live.There are cameras all over, inside and out and management uses them. There is a Saint Cloud Police officer specifically assigned to HRA properties which adds to the safety.As long as you aren’t a nuisance it’s a good place to live.My biggest complaint is that there isn’t a parking space for every apartment.

Twice I have been sent a letter for an appointment. Twice I filled out and submitted everything for them to keep NOT giving me a unit. One landlord took my money and I never heard back from her. Something is not right here. This is not a waitlist. It's a competition to see who will give up their money and has the best credit. This company is laughable!

I enjoy renting from Saint Cloud hra. I was evicted from my old apartment and my kids and I were in need of a place. They accepted me even with an eviction. The property manager I have is awesome!!!

I have been trying to get ahold of someone at this office for the past 2 weeks!! I call the number google gives me and it brings me right to a voicemail!! I cant talk to one human being!! I have left 4 voicemails not one return phone call!! This is getting to be reciculous!! I need help with trying to figure out where i am at on the section 8 waiting list and i cant get help!! I am about to be homeless and im just supposed to sit back and wait for nobody to call me back!!!
