I would not recommend having your vehicle repaired by this auto body shop. I had my vehicle towed to St. Cloud Collision Center in early January of 2023 after I ended up in a ditch with damage to the front end. It is now September and I have had to bring my vehicle back to the collision center over 5 times for various reasons that go to show the poor quality of repairs that they have done. The first issue that I encountered happened right after I picked up my vehicle. I could tell that the radiator’s fan was trying to kick on but wasn’t working and still needed to be repaired. I was out of a vehicle for a few days while waiting for a new part to come and be installed as I would’ve risked the engine overheating if I kept driving it. Fast forward about two months to March, the drivers-side daytime running light on my vehicle stopped working due to a disconnection somewhere inside of the bumper. I also informed them that the inner fender liners on both front sides inside of the wheel-well were starting to separate from the top and hang down since they are supposed to lay flush as I compared it to many other identical cars to mine. They used a heat gun on the fender liners but it only solved the issue temporarily. About 4 months later, the paint on the bumper cover started to peel off badly on the front center lip of the bumper. They ended up repainting the bumper which had me without a vehicle for another few days. All was good for about 3 weeks of that 2nd paint job and then the paint started to bubble and separate in a couple of areas by the headlight and towards the hood. I brought it back for the 4th time and they decided to order a new front bumper cover and start from scratch. I was out of a vehicle for a couple more days while they repainted the new bumper. About a week later, I noticed that the lower part of the bumper cover was warped/bent downwards and the engine splash guard was slightly hanging and not in place underneath the front of my car. A few bolts that hold the bumper and undercarriage guards in place were also either loose or missing. They ended up installing the engine splash guard wrong causing wind to warp the new bumper underneath. They tried fixing this issue by heating the bumper up but it still has some bend to it underneath. At this point when they fix one issue another one seems to arise. Yes, all of their work is warrantied thankfully but it comes down to whether you want to risk having to bring your car back multiple times after your repair is completed or go to a one-stop-shop that will do it right the first time. I really regret choosing St. Cloud Collision Center for my car repairs.Services: Painting

Staff was very friendly. I was well informed and they made the process very easy. They also assisted with getting a loaner car. Directions were clear and simple. Excellent, Excellent service.

I've had to use their service thrice. Both were great! I always show support to my brothers and sisters in IAM Local 623!Update: i had a person hit our most recent car, their insurance covered it, and St. Cloud Collision fixed it up, good as new!

My wife had her car repaired here from a deer hit. Worst job I have ever seen. Had the car home for less than a week and the door that they replaced the window is not on the track. Currently held up with duct tape. The windshield washer hoses are just not hooked up but the fitting is broken to connect it. From replacing the hood. The fender was replaced and there are bolts missing that hold the fender on the car. And The head light that they replaced is way out of wack. The best part is we called to see if the issues can be addressed and they told us we would have to bring it in and see if it was there issue.?!? We asked when we could get it in there. There response was that we don't have any available appointments at this time. Never again will they see a vehicle of ours or are family and friends.

I've unfortunately had the need of a body repair shop a few times and they are the shop my Subaru dealer recommended. Their work is spot on with fair prices if you don't want to involve an insurance company. Repairs have always made my car look good as new with repairs competed on schedule. They also do detailing in, out or both for a reasonable price. I take my wife's car there once a year for a thorough cleaning between all the Kwik Trip car washes.

I have used the St. Cloud Collision Center several times and always have the best service with them! Fast, professional, and great communication. They have worked on 3 of my vehicles and I have always been happy with their work! I had the wheel wells on my truck, not 1 year later the paint started to flake off again. I brought it back to them and they said they would fix it. After receiving my vehicle 3 days after it was supposed to be done, with no explanation. This is how I received my truck with the paint run. Also they informed me they would not warranty the repair again, should it start to flake off again.I would not recommend this place to anyone.Service: Painting

The work is exceptional and at the end of the day that's what matters the most. Only gave 4 out of 5 due to the fact that I had to keep calling for updates instead of being kept up to speed. I know this is a difficult time with the supply chain being affected so all in all I'm happy with the work done

We have taken 2 different vehicles here and would definitely go back. They do high quality work and make sure you are kept up to date. Very friendly staff. I spoke with Kayla a couple times and she was beyond helpful.
