I have to give a huge shoutout to the awesome stylists at this location! They're all super friendly and give the best haircuts. And let me tell you, Kait is an absolute rockstar! I always request her if I can because she nails it every single time. Great job to everyone there for keeping up the amazing work!

I asked to have my personal conversational preferences listed on haircut description slip, which was done prior to receiving cut. My cut was satisfactory, however I will mention one aspect which was less than optimal at next visit.

Not sure if Chloe knows the check in process, but I checked in online, selected her specifically, arrived 8min early for the suggested time. When she was calling someone back, she went to someone that was under first available, whi actually arrived after me, and then the system set my wait time to 38min! The other stylist saw it and took me back next. Frustrating.
