Do not order from them the customer service after delivery was terrible. We got the wrong mattress and we told the delivery drivers and the said to call customer service so we did. The said I we would pay and extra $700 for mattress that we thought they put on our order as I explained twice what we wanted. Had I known it was that much extra I would have gone elsewhere. Now they want to charge 249.00 to pick it up because they refused to admit they made mistake

I purchased it over the phone for my 91-year-old mother but the experience on the phone in the helpfulness of Roxanne was above and beyond and appreciate your efforts, her honesty and persistence getting me details.

The in store staff was phenomenal and so was customer service online. I am however extremely displeased with the company themselves. They advertise a money back guarantee within 100 days of service but don't tell you about the $500 dollars you have to pay for pickup and delivery that is non refundable. They also don't tell you about the shipping and handling that you are accountable for. We went in to the store hoping we found a bed that would work. Wound up having to take out a $3000 loan and put $800 down on top of it and by the end of all the fees after we returned a bed that didn't work we wound up owing $280 to our loan and no money back in our accounts. This loan is continuing to accrue interest because of the hidden fees. So when it comes down to it we are still paying $1000 on a bed we don't even have.

100% Satisfaction!! The staff was friendly and took the time to ensure all our questions were addressed. Very knowledgeable about their Sleep Number beds and willing to go the extra mile to show you what a comfortable night of sleep can finally become. It will be a few weeks before our bed arrives, and we are very excited. We have heard positive reviews from family who purchased a Sleep Number bed and decided to try ourselves. I came into the store based on the TV advertisements. Tried the various models and chose the bed best for me. Though it wasn't the ad unit, it was the best for me. My salesman was very knowledgeable about the product.
