Good prices. Since COVID, it's been very good being clean and well stocked. Having the pay a membership to shop at a store seems foolish (hence 4 stars).
Update 7.2.23: Items that were common are are often not available. Very hit and miss. Update 10.8.23: Items are still hit and miss. Update 3.30.24: Item selection has improved to what it once was, however some common items are still absent. Update 10.13.24: Prices are better than most places however still expensive to the point we are not purchasing some items.

Delivery to my address by Sam's delivery was unsuccessful, they delivered my purchase to the wrong address, yes, I got a refund but that is not the point, maybe they need people that can read and/or write to do deliveries, very frustrating and the people receiving the product do not bring it to who it belongs to because its free stuff to them.

My 5 stars is 100% going out to James, the gentleman who was doing cart round up for the night on 9/1/24. He was so patient and kind, and went above and beyond for us during a tough situation we were having when he could have easily dismissed us and hurried up to get out for the night. Sam's Club, you're so lucky to have him and his TOP TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE! I appreciate him so much!!

Aug 2024: Some new items to consider.
Nov 2023: The seasons change, and so does the stock. Lots of tempting buys before black Friday. My personal favorite Sam's staff is Darin in Pharmacy. Always informative helpful and cheerful. Really all the staff in Pharmacy are great. Thanks.
3: Still *** Some things never change. It was pre- Easter busy, and lots of yard, garden and spring stuff.
New Update: 8/2022: I buy all my gas at Costco - Top Tier and 4% on the Costco Card if you are a Gold Star member using their Citi Card. Very few waits there, and same price. I still like (and USE) Scan & Go at Sam's (Why doesn't everyone, it's SO easy?) I almost laugh when I see people standing in line to check out. You don't have to do that. Just use your cell phone and the app to scan your products as you put them in the cart.. Swipe to pay, and leave without any wait. Sam's is still way behind on any organic foods. (One * Star there). It's fairly clear to me that they are catering to people who want cheaper prices and don't care so much about ingredients. The evidence of that is the fact that Lays Corporation has taken over all of the chip department. Very few healthy choices, but I suppose it's the stuff that kids love. To be honest, I don't have to worry THAT much about the price differences. I'd go for the organic anytime even if it costs more, but I know many people have to be a lot more careful. Sam's is probably a good place for that.
Old update...Feb 2022 - The gas station is always a hassle, wait in line, routed left for left fill vehicles, but some pumps aren't used since you have to ignore their route plan to get there. It's really a stupid gas station setup. In the club, Scan & Go is great, no more waiting at checkout, ***** five stars for that, but less due to the fact that they are way behind in organic foods! Costco does it better. AND 2022, STILL behind, if not worse.
