Worst tire buying experience in my life. I ordered tires during a sale, as the store didn't have my size in stock. They informed me that it would take 5-7 days for my tires to arrive. A dozen unanswered phone calls to the tire shop and a few dead end calls to the national customer service line (they told me I needed to contact the store, despite my complain that calling the store number auto transferred me to the national service). After six weeks, the tires finally arrived. The store tried to charge me an extra $150, as the tire price had changed. I should've walked away at that point. The inexperienced tech didn't balance the tires correctly, so now the truck shakes. Back at the store, they're telling me that they don't have time to fix their mistakes for at least two hours.

Do not use this floral shop if you want flowers delivered on time. Not meaning the hour. The day. They are 5 days late even after I ordered 17 days in advance. Unreliable. They also use suppliers for these orders and cannot give you any information on the order. They simply canceled the order and apologized. Order from a small ma and pa shop. Regretting this significantly.

I wanted to order pizza ahead at the cafe but no one ever picked up the phone. I even tried calling on two different days. I also tried calling the customer service and no one picked up either.

Do not buy tires at St. Cloud or Maple Grove Sam's. Costly damage to vehicle. Between the two locations damaged my rocker panel, scratched all my rims, took 4 times to balance tires correct, weights literally fell off rims, hammered on a rim to get the TPMS sensor out, stripped and lug nut. Manager never called back. People in tire department were very nice at both locations. Will never buy tires from you again.

My grandparents (who don't speak English) went and got their tires changed here in March 2020. They are supposed to be under warranty for 60,000 miles. Well now, in November 2020, the tires are completely worn out despite only rolling not even 20,000 miles. We took it back to Sam's and they refused to replace the tires because APPARENTLY, you're not supposed to have the tires rotated or balanced while it is under their warranty. Sam's never explained this, never mentioned any stipulations to the warranty, NOTHING! We never rotated the tires, some places do that when you go to get an oil change and inspection. Sam's refuses to acknowledge that they don't tell their customers about this fine print and didn't explain anything to my grandparents, who don't speak English, in March 2020. The manager DJ was incredibly rude, condescending, unprofessional, and a major jerk not just to us, but to other customers who were waiting as well. He yelled at many people, including customers, in front of everyone! We would have been forced to pay $125 each tire PLUS $20 installation/labor fee PER TIRE but we are going to go somewhere else! NEVER GO TO SAM'S! Their auto department is completely worthless. Take your services ELSEWHERE!!

The staff at the Sam's Club in Saint Cloud are very friendly and extremely helpful. The couple of times I've had things go wrong, everyone has been very kind and accommodating. This is a far better experience than I have ever had at Costco (I've shopped at ones in Goleta, CA and Maple Grove, MN), where there are next to no staff, everyone is very inattentive and nobody wants to help you whatsoever. A good example of this is the returns process at Sam's Club versus the one at Costco. It's true that Costco has a very generous return policy, but at the Costco in Maple Grove, the service representative at the counter tried to shame me for returning things by saying, "you know, you're just being wasteful; we're going to throw all of this away." At Sam's Club, they've always taken returns I bring, no questions asked. Of particular interest to the Saint Cloud Sam's Club are the Country Hearth bread products, which I haven't been able to find at the Maple Grove Sam's Club! It could be that those products are actually made in Saint Cloud, but either way, I'm extremely happy about it. One deficit is that they don't stock certain sodas that I can get at the Maple Grove Sam's Club, but you can't have everything you want at one location, after all. They often have amazing sales, with mark-downs that make already-low-prices even lower, saving somebody like me (who has a very tight budget) quite a bit of money. Sam's Club is part of Walmart's corporate machine, which is well-known for being sleazy. However, unlike Costco, they don't go out of their way to hide it. While Costco may pay their employees $15 an hour, they have the same garbage practices that Sam's Club and Walmart do in other ways; when Sam's Club and Walmart built their new stores in Saint Cloud, they tore down an eagle preservation site. And when Costco built their new store, they tore down Heritage Park, which also acted as a preservation site. I'd rather shop with the corporation that doesn't pretend that its excrement doesn't stink, thank you very much.

Great deals, friendly staff. Wide variety of selection and quick check out lines. The gas is very cheap

It's Black Friday weekend they have only six assisted checkouts and about as many self check outs ( mostly empty take a hint) have only 2 assisted lanes open long wait with staff standing around..

Waste of time and money and more expensive that other alternative. Hard to use and clueless staff. It might be ok if you like spending time and money to save nothing over better places.

I bought a membership there with a friend, a couple years ago. The customer service staff were efficient in giving us our membership. The store is clean and they have a huge selection of items. They didn't have a huge selection of furnace filters. The ones they had were expensive.

Click and Pull is the best. If you're a member, you can go online, select the items you're looking for, and someone at Sam's will pull them all off the shelf and have them ready. You pull up with your vehicle, and they're ready to go. As for shopping the warehouse, it takes some getting used to. If you're shopping on the weekend, be ready for lines, lines, and more lines. Hence, the click and pull is preferred. I find it difficult to find what I'm looking for at this store, and always end up asking employees where I can find things. As a warehouse store, they don't carry everything you're looking for. I do enjoy the free samples, which are often available around lunch time. I've had good success in finding office supplies, home supplies, and food and produce items.

This is your basic warehouse store. Not too bad, not too good. I do like the click and pull order system. I can order on line and pick up in the store. The last few orders have been messy with pick up. They are changing the system and it seems that more staff training is needed. All in all, not a bad place to shop.
