Five star experience! Michael was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was able to help me pick out a ring for my grandmother that was amazingly perfect! Michael is a definite asset to Riddle’s!

Used to be a great store. When we got my ring almost 8 years ago they truly cared and made time for you. Now I go in to get my ring cleaned per their requirements for warnety and get treated like trash because they can't be bothered if I'm not spending money. Was told to just leave my ring on the open counter (were anyone could grab it) and they would get to it later. I chose to wait till the lady could take it . I chose to wait till she could take it personally and She just tossed (literally tossed) it into the drawer then I come back and my ring is still dirty after she cleaned it and once I get home while putting away the shopping the big diamond fell off. So clearly she didn't truly clean or check my ring. This was the manager Michelle that treated me this way. If I can't trust you to take care of my most valuable possession. Then I for sure won't be bring you any more business and may be forced to drive twice as far to have my ring maintained. Seriously if I could leave a negative star review I would. This was completely unacceptable.

What a great jewelry store! I know there are a few others in this mall but Riddle’s is by far my favorite. Kenny was friendly and helpful, did a great job presenting pandora and very clearly loves what he does - a true professional.

Michelle and Mike did an excellent job listening to my requests and helping me create the exact pieces I wanted! The custom wedding bands were exactly what I wanted, and they even helped me remedy a problem that I encountered with the process. We are so grateful!

I was looking for a special bracelet. Michelle assisted me. We needed to do a special order on it. Michelle kept me informed through the whole process. It even arrived 2 weeks early! It is exactly what I wanted and I love it! I highly recommend Riddle’s Jewelry in St Cloud.

This store is friendly. Every time I walk in I am greeted like I am family. The prices are also unbeatable. I get so much value here. Highly recommend riddles over the other jewelry stores! Forget he went to Jared’s, he should have went to riddles and I can tell you not every kiss begins with Kay either.

Had zero complaints until this last year. 1 older female staff member is very rude and very condescending. Also staff started asking for warranty paperwork suddenly a year ago when I drop off my ring for it's every 6 month cleaning. They have me in the system and a picture of my ring. I don't want to bring in the paperwork because if I keep removing it from my filing cabinet I'll eventually lose the paperwork. Staff makes a stink about the paperwork yet nobody asks for the receipt given at drop off at the time of pickup. Makes no sense. I will never buy jewelry from here again because I dread dropping it off for it's cleaning. Staff says the change in asking for the paperwork is because the stores system crashed 5 years ago. I take that as Management is overly confident the computer system can and will crash again. So I find it necessary again to not lose my paperwork by unnecessarily bringing in my paperwork increasing my odds of losing my paperwork.

This place is terrible! I have 2 rings that had one prong on each that were catching on fabric and snagging clothing. One ring was purchased at Riddles Jewelers located in the Crossroads Mall in St Cloud MN and the other was my wedding ring purchased elsewhere. The chocolate diamond ring purchased at Riddles is under warranty as long as I have it examined every six months in their store. When I took it in to that store to request they fix the prong on that ring the clerk named Jean was very pleasant and helpful as usual. Honestly she is great! She told me she could have my wedding ring fixed along with the chocolate one and it would only cost me $30 to have it done so I decided to leave both rings with them. They used to have an employee that did the work on rings directly in their store which was wonderful and they always did a good job on them. This time they did not have an employee in their store and they needed to send the rings out for repair. When I went back to pick up the rings 3 weeks later, the wedding ring did not fit the same as it did when I dropped it off. It was made smaller (looks like gold was taken out of the under side of the ring also and made narrower. gold stollen) and both rings still snag fabrics. The manager, Julia, told me the rings were sent to Riddles Jewelers in Lincoln Nebraska for the work to be done on them. I was very upset. She said she has an employee in classes at this time to do work like this directly in their store like they used to do but his class will not be completed until sometime this fall so she will not be able to help me with the rings until then.I had a similar situation happen with Kay Jewelers also located in this same Crossroads Mall in St Cloud a few years ago . They also stole gold from my ring and did not fix the prong that was requested to be fixed. When I asked to speak to the manager, Randi about it he was extremely rude But he did send my ring back in to remade the original size and I told him I wanted the gold replaced that was stolen. They had my ring more than seven weeks and when they finally got it back to me they actually cut the shank on my wedding ring off and replaced it with cheaper gold and so horrible looking and crooked that I could not wear it. That too was to only have a prong repaired. The manager, Randy, in there was so absolutely rude and never helped me at all. I took it to three other privately owned jewelers to see what could be done for it and all three jewelers told me the ring was ruined and could not be fixed. They also said it was only a matter of time before the diamonds fall out. That’s when one of the Jewelers took it in as trade toward the purchase of this ring I am wearing now that Riddles worked on.I have heard that things like this happen a lot at Jewelers located in shopping malls and in my experience this is ABSOLUTELY TRUE!If you value your loved one and your money, I advise you go to a privately owned jewelry store for any and all purchases. Save yourself a lot of heartache!!

Great Service! Was having issues with another location - and Jean from the St. Cloud, Mn store took matters into her own hands and made it right - and quickly! Definitely went above and beyond to give 5 Star Service!Will definitely use this location going forward! They truly CARE!

I decided to visit this store since I wanted to look at Pandora jewelry. Unfortunately when I walked in the blonde middle age saleswoman came over to tell us about the promotion they have. During the short conversation we had, she seem uninterested and was unfriendly. When she left, my fiancé told me she was rude and was probably looking down at me/us. That interaction bothered me so much so I told my fiancé let’s leave. Before I went to their store I was excited to add new charms to my bracelet but instead I left annoyed and disappointed.
