Brought in our gaming PC that was having pairing issues. After about 40 minutes of troubleshooting, the technician (sorry I didn’t get his name) was able to fix our issues. I have one happy gamer! Thanks so much-highly recommend!!

I brought my switch in to get fixed. I paid $60. When I got home the problem was still there and it didn't work. I called them they said they cleaned it and I should have paid $40. I said I paid $60. They said they don't control what they do up front. So basically I paid money for them to do nothing. I had already cleaned the charging port. Just frustrated.Now after another week they never called and I called them and they said they can't fix it.

This place is nostalgic! Many cool old tech systems and games and collectables. Not to mention, they repaired our Xbox series X HDMI port fairly quickly, at a reasonable price, and it works again. Recommended.

After their new remodeling and additional new store location, I didn't like it as much. The old location had everything conveniently together. I liked it better and so did a buddy of mine. However, what makes it better, in my opinion, is there's less traffic of people in the store now. In fact, I'm starting to get used to the new arrangement. I really do like their selection of video games and collectibles. The staff is also usually helpful and friendly. My recent visit was a pleasant experience. The manager was very kind, and he had SNES Donkey Kong Country music playing in the background that I really liked listening to, so I'm updating my review and giving LGS four stars! ?

I brought my sons Xbox Series X here to have the HDMI port replaced because the console was not projecting video to his monitor. They replaced the port and that didn’t fix the issue. Although they weren’t able to fix the console, they didn’t charge me anything for replacing the HDMI port since it didn’t fix the issue. I was so pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be recommending them to others and will definitely use them again! Great customer service.
