My wife is a stroke survivor and has had a Permobil M3 for a few years now. It was purchased through Reliable Medical in St Cloud, MN. We have been waiting for new batteries for a month now. Very poor service. It's to long to wait for parts.

The WORST and RUDIEST set of UNPROFESSIONAL ssa people I've ever come across. The girl in the office with the glasses had the nerve to tell me to hush and the fat tramp had an attitude NEVER AGAIN. IGNORANCE IS AN EPIDEMIC!

They never have stock for Cpap or BPAP machines and they take forever to help you when they come in. Avoid at all costs!
