Took an alternator there for a quote. They told me they would quote first. Got a call this morning that it was done. I asked why they didn't quote. Only ex uses. Wanted to charge 169 and some change. When I can buy a lifetime warranty one from oreilly for 20 dollars cheaper. What a joke. First and last time going there. Told them to keep alternator. Not picking it up. They said ok. So they got a 50 dollar core free
*UPDATE**
The response is an amateur response. When you tell me that you are going to open it up and quote me. You should know what it needs. Instead you just did the repairs without contacting me first. As you said you would do. You aren't a brand new company you are supposed to be professionals at what you do. Poor excuse.

Hi had reds rebuild an alternator for me and test the second alternator on my diesel pick up after the big box parts stores told me both were junk it was going to cost me $700 to replace. They rebuilt the one for $200 and told me there was nothing wrong with the second one I highly recommend their honesty. I did have to wait a day for them to get the parts to rebuild it but the cost savings in their openness and honesty is worth the wait.I cannot express how much I truly appreciate the store
